Our townhome is privately managed by the owners, which allows us to provide you with a clean and perfectly maintained town home. Following each booking, hired professional cleaners ensure hotel grade cleaning and laundering is shipped out and professionally cleaned for your pleasure. Located just minutes from the slopes and directly across from many Whistler popular amenities inc: IGA Supermarket, Starbucks, and a variety of popular cafes and restaurants, we strive to make it a vacation you will never forget.
In June, 13, 2012, we added both a new premium stainless Whirlpool 33X70' fridge and a single person fully jetted Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bedroom. New Platform Beds were also added.
To get an idea of this townhome, picture the interior as a well maintenance, newly renovated city style condo featuring hallogen lighting and a beautiful modern kitchen. Ideal for evenining wine and dine entertainment. The natural rock, cedar exterior features peaked mountain style roof lines. The entire complex is nestled in a beautiful mature west coast evergreen forest.

Our mandate is global environmental responsibility, practicing the latest in sustainability. Some Green improvements include: Water saving shower head, dual flush toilet, digital light switches, digital thermostat, night censored porch lights, recycle bins, and a fire place fan to reduce energy waste.
Lower floor ( 830 sq ft ) town home with two entrances. One entrance is located near the parkade and pool area, which is ideal for quick and easy packing and unpacking of vehicles. The other entrance is located closer to the local amenities such as public transportation, Whistler Village shopping, and dining.
Sleeping Areas & Beds
We have 3 sleeping areas. The master bedroom, including a private jacuzzi tub and shower, has it own Queen size bed and newer mattresses. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Both Bedrooms have NEW platform bed frames. Photo of the second bedroom is not available at this time. The living room features a leather pull out couch (Hida Bed) this is equivilent to a queen or slightly larger double. Linen is proved for this pull out couch in the trunk. New sheets as of March 16, 2013. 500-600 thread count.
Hida Bed
A new leather couch located in the living room can be used as a third area to sleep 2 guests. Its a queen size pull-out. Linens are located in a wooden trunk in the living room.
Townhome is 1km from Both Whist/Black Main Gondola. 9-10 Min walk with gear. Bus shuttle is located 50m from our townhomes back door. Runs every 4 minutes and is free of charge. 1 minute shuttle ride.

We spent four days in the flat in Feb 2012, The place is modern and at the same time very cozy and warm. Kitchen area was connected to the living room which makes the place look more open. The kitchen was fully equipped. You could say whom furnished the place had good taste and had an attention to detail. (Black granite and cherrywood finish) Heated bathroom floors were pleasant especially being winter. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna which was only 20 meters from the flat. We also enjoyed that it was close to Whistler Village, Starbucks and French Creperie

Recently we had the pleasure or dealing with Kevin Kaban regarding his town home at Glaciers Reach. This was supposed to be for the extended stay for the winter season 2012/2013. Unfortunately on this occasion it did not work for us to move forward in this booking however in every dealing we had with Kevin he was professional, honest, informative and more than reasonable with his pricing for this stylish modern town home. What initilally attracted us to the presentation and furnishings and finish, it was far superior to all others we had looked at. We are sad to have missed the opportunity to stay on this occasion but would highly recommend his condo and we will be referring this on to other travelling friends.

What a great location! The IGA supermarket and BC Liquor stores are less than a 2 minute walk away, with another supermarket located in the village square just another 5 minutes more. The hot tub is directly outside the rental, and although it is a shared facility I rarely saw anyone else using it. In the mornings the lifts are less than 10 minutes walk away through the attractive village trail or a 1 minute bus ride. The bus stop is just across the road and is free if you get on the right one (Number 4). The rental is extremely clean, up to date and stylish so It was never a chore having a night in. All in all I would recommend this rental to anyone and would be using it again on a return to whistler.

Stayed at the townhome Feb 6-9, 2012. Had a great stay. Convenient location one block away from Whistler square. Updated appliances. Well maintained and clean. Ground floor is nice for luggage haul. Pool/Jacuzzi right outside the door. Gas fireplace and adjustable lighting, nice touch for evening relaxation. Looking forward to next year.

Enjoyed the central location, right across the street from the Village; bike trail is right out the back door; the pool and hot tub were a treat to relax in at the end of a long fun day; loved the heated floors in the bathroom; the condo was a nice size for two couples as the master bedroom had an on-suite as well as a mini-kitchen; having a washer and dryer was also convenient. really enjoyed our two days at Whistler and plan on going back and staying at the same condo! Great place!

Loved the location and ground level. Liked the idea of being in the Hub of the village. Was able to walk everywhere. Easy access to Restaurants and the Grocery store. Liked the cleanliness, the bedding towels, everything was exceptionally clean. Really liked the idea of the master bedroom having a separate entrance to the outside and that way while staying with my daughter and her friends they could come and go as they pleased and more so in the morning while getting up early I didn't feel as though I had to tip toe around the place.

About the owner: My name is Kevin Kaban I been in the health care business for 22 years. I believe in honesty and integrity. I like to see people happy and healthy.Donations. We donate a vacation package at our Deluxe Townhome once per year to families battling Cancer. Kingsgate our partner through co ordination efforts from Kevin Kaban transported the first Canadian Donated Portable 12 lead EKG Machines and Defibrillators to Honduras. We help fundraise and donate for schools supplies and medical supplies to children in Honduras.
Why the Owner Chose Other Whistler Village, Village North Properties:
This property is exceptional because it is my sideline hobby. I enjoy maintenancing it, I enjoy fine art. I like this unit because its cozy, modern and a size that I can personally keep focused on, keep it updated and in good order. There are many nice places out there but you can trust me this place is NOT a place that is rundown and left with a dollar oriented property manager.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Well picture it being twice the size of an average double queen bed hotel room. Picture one of the worlds nicest hotels but with a full size kitchen and a new modern stacker washer dryer and door leading out to an evergreen forests one step away. You are getting accomodations for 1/10th to 1/2 the price because there is not huge hotel overhead behind it. You cannot go wrong.
