Comfortable, well-appointed condo in Port Clinton close to highways and access points for great birding in the Lake Erie area. Just the right size for 2 couples or a small family. Great views of Lake Erie and a really comfortable 2nd floor. Owner was very responsive to a small issue we encountered in the beginning. Would definitely rent from here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was the perfect location to spend a week with old friends. The condo is clean, convenient to shopping and the lake, and had everything provided that we could have asked for. We spent time around the table playing cards, on the front porch talking and watching the sunset, and upstairs relaxing. All of the attractions were an easy drive from the condo and the stay far exceded our expectations - and that was not easy to do! We are already discussing making this an annual stay! Edna was so good at answering any questions we had and things were just as she said they would be! Would do it all over again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family just spent a week at this condo, and we could not be more pleased! The listing is exactly as described and shown in the photographs. What the photos don't show is how clean and well kept up everything is! We have stayed in other rentals before, and we couldn't get over how clean and well maintained this property was. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions promptly and we would definitely recommend this property. Although there is a beach within walking distance, we took the short drive to East Harbor State Park a few times for the larger beach. We also took the ferry to Put-in-bay and had a great day shopping, eating, and kayaking. Our kids love roller coasters, so of course the highlight for them were the two days we spent at Cedar Point! The Jolly Roger fish restaurant within walking distance was excellent. The long line moved quickly, but told us that others agree with our positive review of the place! All in all we had a wonderful week in Port Clinton and at this great condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Enjoyed our stay in Ohio. This condo was exactly as shown and clean. No problems whatsoever! Nice screened porch to watch the sunset in the evening, the street is a bit loud, no worries! I would recommend this property. Thanks for the stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway
Owner response: Yes, Port Clinton is busy in July. It is the big vacation month, and is always booked solid. Perry Street is especially enjoyed by everyone, since it is the one street through town that runs along the edge of the water, and you can take in the full lake view. I appreciate the recommendation. This spot was PERFECT! Was right across the lake so we could watch boats any time we wanted! We were within walking distance of a beach, and a playground perfect for the kiddos! Jet express was right down the road to take to the islands too! There was a market just behind us that you could walk to and a good amount of restaurants to chose from if you don't feel the need to drive far!!! Overall this was a great place with all the amenities, and comfortable place to stay!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!!! :)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This condo was exactly as it appeared on VRBO, nicely decorated, well appointed and had a great view. Everything was very clean, well cared for and, except for traffic noise during peak hours, it was nice and quiet. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings after long days of birding Magee Marsh. We felt very much at home there. The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would have no hesitation staying in this condo again or recommending to others. Your will not go wrong with renting this condo for your vacation rental, or just a get away from it all. The process was painless with the wonderful owner of this great Condo. It felt like home & very nicely decorated with a beautiful view. It had resturants & a grocery store in a very short walking distance. Anyone with a little hesitation on what to rent for your stay at Putnbay...this is the one....We had a party of two couples & was more that enough room for all of us & it was like having your own floor to yourself. The parking was convieniently located right behind the Condo..& choosing how to view the lake with your coffee in the morning was a wonderful dilemma... upstairs on the comfy furniture , downstairs at the kitchen table with the wall mounted tv on, or on the screened in porch off the kitchen, rocking in your glider...We will absolutely look forward to the next time ...and on a personal note to the owner... Thanks again for making this visit stand out as one of the best.... at Port Clinton & PutnBay...Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. It was the perfect home for my husband & three young children. The kitchen was ideal, loved the screened porch with the lake view. We were not even home from our vacation yet and the kids were asking when we could go back! We spent a day at East Harbor beach, one day at Put-in-Bay, and on the way home we visited the African Wildlife Safari. What Fun!!! We hope to come back soon! Based on the recommendation of an existing review, I rented this condo with several friends for a "girls getaway." We were delighted by the condo's location and decorating. The space was very comfortable for the six of us, a short drive from a sand beach (East Harbor), and had a great view from the upstairs bay window of the lake. We started our mornings on the screened porch and enjoyed watching the sunsets (and one great thunderstorm!) in the evening from the bay window. :) We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice time on Lake Erie.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved your condo! Staying in the middle of winter was a great experience - we were cozy and warm, had everything we needed, and so enjoyed the view from the bay window - maybe even best in the dead of winter! You get a great open view, but very private. The owner made us feel like we were special guests, calling Port Clinton to check on the roads and closings prompted by the storm, making sure the parking lot was plowed before we got there and before we left, etc. This is a nice little oasis. We spent a couple nights at this condo. and we will be looking forward to returning next year, The condo. was very clean, convienent to everything, nicely decorated, nice towels and sheets, and there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. It is even nicer than the pictures look, very comfy.We had a great time @ Put-In-Bay, a nice dinner @ Mon Ami, and there is a small grocery store that you can walk to. The owner was very prompt and helpfull. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I have stayed at this condo annually for the last several years and we always have a great experience. The location is convenient to all that Port Clinton has to offer. We enjoy walking to the Jet Express for a day at Put-in-Bay, and catching the short cab ride back at night. This property truly does feel like a home away from home. It is tastefully decorated and has most anything you need available. I highly recommend this condo to all of my family and friends who travel to the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
