This oceanfront villa is one of the few villas that you can see and hear the gorgeous turquoise ocean from the living area and from the large, tiled, open patio. We have a walkway directly to the beach from the patio and front door. Villa has Reverse Osmosis Water System so you do not need bottled water!!! The completely remodeled kitchen has plenty of dishes, pans, serving platters and more to entertain family and friends.
New flat screen TV in living area, and each bedroom has it's own TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, while the large guestroom has 2 double beds and private bath with a sliding glass door to a small patio.

Wow! This villa turned out to be very family friendly and had all the tools for a great time. There is a pack and play there for our baby and a double size blow up mattress if additional sleeping is needed. The beach is right in front of you and the pool a few steps the other direction. Very close to the grocery store and restaurants and golf course. The house was clean and spacious and beautiful. Perfection. Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I fell in love with Treasure Cay over 25 years ago. To this day, we are still in-awe every time we see the beautiful turquoise water and white sand beach.
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Cay:
We choose to buy in Treasure Cay because of the unbelievable color of ocean water and the beauty of the white sand beach. We love that it's never crowded. We enjoy tennis and love golfing, and have never had to wait on a tee box while playing the lovely golf course in Treasure. We bought a villa in the Ocean Villas development because we liked the size, only 25 villas, and the central location. Also, the flats fishing is superb.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
There is nothing between our villa and the ocean except natural grass and sand. You can see and hear the ocean. We have a large, outdoor patio with plenty of tables and chairs so you can spend hours enjoying the sites and sounds. Our villa is bright, has a new kitchen and a wonderful feel to it.
