  My family stayed at this condo during the last week of July 2012. This was our first time renting from the owner. They were pleasant to work with and available to reach most anytime of the day and answered all my questions. As for the condo, it is very clean and spacious with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was perfect for my family of five and could hold several more people if needed. It has wonderful views of the ocean from the large balcony. The photos on the website accurately reflect the property. The Bay Watch Resort is a very nice place to stay and the location is very convenient allowing us to venture both to the north and south for shopping, dining, and enjoying destinations along the east coast. The weather was great and we really enjoyed the numerous swimming pools and lazy river with only a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended and planning to return in the future.

  We have now rented three times from the owner, and they have been outstanding to work with. Just one of many reasons we rent this unit. Bay Watch is a great place to stay, the location is perfect, the pools are great, and the property is very clean. The unit is very large and very spacious. This unit has been perfect for our family, with two small childrens. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach !

  This is our 2nd time renting from this owner and dont think we will every go to another owner. The room we rented is beautiful and everything listed. The rooms are very large and can easily fit 4 people in each room if needed. The only negitive and its no fault of the owers, and thats the pool rules. They do not let you bring a cooler down to the pool which was not a problem for our family but others found it to be a problemas to bringing cold drinks down to the pool. The owner of this Condo is excellent to work with and are available to reach any time of the day.

  This is our second year staying at the condo, the stay was perfect ! The owner's are so pleasant to work with. The condo is clean and spacious, and perfectly located in North Myrtle Beach. The resort overall is very clean. The several pools, indoor and out, are a must. Just a few steps to the beach, pools, restaurants, parking garage. Great for a family of four and even more spacious for add'l family members. The kiddie pools are great for little ones, and are nicely located next to the larger pools. Excellent condo, Excellent location ! The photos reflect the propery very well, but once you get there, you realize, there is so much more to the condo !

  We stayed at this condo for a week in late September 2010, and had a wonderful experience all around! The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed, just as described and shown in the pictures. The owners were so nice to deal with about the booking, and the unit had everything we could have wanted in our home-away-from-home for the week. Bay Watch is a great facility--having a choice of outdoor and indoor pools and lazy rivers was fabulous, since it was quite rainy that week. There is also a nice workout room and game room. The poolside bar was closed because it was late in the season, but the sports bar and restaurant were very good, and good values too. The NMB location was very convenient--we ventured both north and south for shopping, dining, and just enjoying the coast. I highly recommend this unit!!!

  Excellent location and facilities ! Condo was beautiful, well taken care of with beautiful views ! Condo was nicely laid out with large bedrooms and bathrooms ! Alot of time was spent on the large balcony ! Baywatch has 24 hour security ! Garage parking was great ! Hope to have the opportunity to stay again !

  My family just stayed at this exceptional unit in July 2010. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures in the advertisement. Our view of the ocean was great and the balcony was bigger than most condos. We had 8 adults and 1 child and really had more than enough room. This was the first vacation for us since my husband began dialysis. There was a dialysis facility less than 5 minutes from the condo which offered touch screen computers with internet access. He liked this unit better than the one at home. It was a great relief. I would recommend this owner and condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
