  My friends and I were there for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. The house is perfect and the dock had sun all day. We spent the days relaxing on the dock which was very peaceful. We had three beautiful white ducks that floated around us all day. A neighborhood dog would come across the water and visit. Just a pleasant place to stay. We will be returning next year! Thanks Jan for all your help in answering my questions.

  Very charming lake house with three large bedrooms, two full baths and open living room / kitchen. Back yard, porch and lake dock worth the price of rental. Everything was clean and appeared new. We rented for weekend for our daughter's graduation from GCSU about 20 min away. So much better than a motel - highly recommended.

  We had the joy of spending this week at the lake. Loved the house! Very clean. The living room and kitchen is a nice open area. Great for being able to be a part of the conversation even when I was cooking! Great porch! Watching the birds, squirrels, and the fish flopping out in the water! The bird house on the back porch had babies, got to watch them leave the nest! We caught catfish, bass and brim! Saw turtles and a couple snakes swim by. It was such a wonderful relaxing week. Thank you Jan! Always there to anwser any questions. Hope to visit again. Would recommend this place to anyone.

  What a relaxing weekend! Two school teachers who needed a change of scenery ended up having a great weekend just relaxing and enjoying the sights. The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We even saw a baby deer in the yard on Saturday. The only regret that we had was that we forgot to bring a laptop with us. The house was very nice and comfortable just like the pictures show. We would definitely rent this house again or recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

  If you are looking for the "perfect" home for a family vacation, you need not look any further. This home offers everything you could wish for. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and modernly equipped. It is located at the end of a very quiet cove. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the song birds in the morning and fire flies in the evening. We even spotted a couple of hawks, a heron and a family of ducks. Our husbands were able to launch their boat at the neighborhood boat ramp and tie it up at the dock. They fished from the bank, also; catching a few bream and catfish which they released back into the water. We are already planning our next trip to this location.

  What a wonderful weekend we had in this beautiful home! All 7 women were well entertained with the beautiful dock and view of the lake during the day and the television, DVD player, and Internet access when it rained and during the evening. After all, 5 Georgia Tech grads simply cannot live for long without Internet access! The morning mist on the lake greeted us with our coffee on the back porch each morning. We toasted the sunset over cocktails on the dock at the lake. Absolute perfection! Plenty of relaxation. Some nice walking. And connectivity! Better than home because there were no clothes to wash or children to chase -- but the children would have loved it! The house is on a quiet cove of Lake Sinclair which meant no speed boats zipping by to run over this children if they were swimming. The peaceful contemplation of the beautiful lake was only disrupted by our own hilarious conversations. Quite simply, I cannot wait to return! Thank you!
