2BR/2BA Sea Beauty is a brand new Cayman Style; gingerbread 2BR cottage with very nice amenities located in the district of Cottage; on the island's south coast. Only 25 minutes to Georgetown, Sea Beauty is unique from other properties we manage in that it has over 300' of private fenced beachfront; but is built across the street from the beach. The beach is all yours while on island; with gazebo ( on the project list) and hammocks, beach chaises, snorkeling and plenty of shade trees. Bone-fishing, kite-boarding, snorkeling, etc. can all be done from this beach.
Sea Beauty has a queen bed suite with handicapped accessible bathroom and shower. Grab rails, etc. It is very comfortable and well designed even for those who don't need the accommodation. Porcelain tiled throughout; Sea Beauty also has a king bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. The kitchen is enormous and offers a full suite of appliances; custom cabinets and granite counters. Dining table for 6.
A large deck with chaises, table and umbrella behind the house look over the sandy backyard. It is not uncommon to see pairs of brightly-colored parrots fly overhead. The Queen Elizabeth Botanical Garden is only a mile away as the parrot flies!
Large Plasma TV in the living area; custom built closet shelving; alarm system, central A/C, ceiling fans and shaded front porch all lend a Caribbean flair to Sea Beauty. Staycations and monthly rentals encouraged. Monthly rates reflect 40% discount.
