Condo was very clean and quiet, accurately reflected, well maintained and professionally decorated. The condo being on the fourth floor gave us spectacular views, easy access to the elevator and parking right beside the mail boxes and elevator doors. The condo is well stocked and has all the supplies you need to make it a "home away form home". We had an extremely comfortable and relaxing winter stay and as golfers, we enjoyed the three different 9 hole courses. Heritage Bay does a fabulous job of maintaining the golf courses along with the rest of their property. We also enjoyed the condo being located very close to 2 different neighbourhood pools, along with enjoying the main pool, gym, bar and club house a few minutes drive or a wonderful 15 minute walk away. Stephen is great to work with, kept contact to made sure we were enjoying our stay and ensure our needs were being met. Condo is located close to a grocery and shopping mall, and close enough to allow us to enjoy some of our other interests such as the beach, concerts, theatre, shopping and visiting the casino. I would comfortably recommend this condo and landlord to friends or relatives.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Condo was brand new and very well decorated with great view of golf course,.Had everything you need in supplies,very clean.Very comfortable.and we thoughly enjoyed our stay.Stephen is an excellant landlord,always thinking of you first.We loved the location,very close to pool,great golf ,activites and club had great eating facilties..Great restaurants,grocery stores,beauty salon minutes from community.The entire community had a wonderful mix of people,all friendly and very pleasant.We enjoyed location so much we have purchased a condo in the community.Did you find this review helpful?
