About the owner: We have traveled many times to other parts of Mexico and love the Mexican people and their rich cultural heritage. When the opportunity developed to buy in Cancun, we couldn't resist. Because we live in south Florida and are relatively close to Cancun, we're able to travel to our condo fairly frequently, and offer it to others when we're not there.
Why the Owner Chose Lahia:
We looked at a lot of properties in Cancun and decided upon Lahia for many reasons. We were impressed with its location (on the main beach, yet away from the noisy "Spring Break" downtown area), its design, and the quality of its construction. Our unit was in the final tower, in the quietest part of the complex. It was completed in the Fall of 2009 and we've been enjoying it ever since.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our unit is high enough to enjoy all of the quiet vistas of the ocean and the city, while being isolated from the noise of the pool area. It's also on the quiet end of the complex, far from the snack bar and kiddie pool. We also have access to a complete spa and other services (hairdresser, manicurist, etc.).
