This is a fantastic Designer Home located in the well established community of De La Vista right next toTierra Del Sol Center. The property offers wonderful and private views to the south over the Mark Gary Morse Wildlife preserve and grass pond providing a great level of privacy and quiet. The home is a beautifully decorated retreat which includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with a modern open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Relax on the oversized screened in lanai enjoying cocktails at the table with friends or on the chaise lounges with your partner as you take in the gorgeous sunset overlooking the tranquil Wildlife Preserve and Grass Pond. Continue farther and you can check out the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway or any of the beautiful east coast beaches. Head West and you can snorkel with the manatees or visit Tampa Bay, Busch Gardens or any of the warm Gulf Coast beaches. Feeling hungry? There are too many possibilities available to name!
