La Vista at La Playa is a charming beach house located in the heart of Port Aransas on beautiful Mustang Island. There are wonderful ocean views from the living area, the deck and two of the bedrooms. The subdivisions private boardwalk is next to the house and it's just 100 steps to the beach.
The living and dining areas are open and spacious, and the kitchen will be a joy for your cook. The master bedroom and bath can be closed off from all of the action and become your private retreat. In the living room there is a big screen TV with satellite, an iPod dock, a large video library and you can even hook up your computer for NetFlix. There is a TV in each of the rooms and an additional DVD player in the 'kids' room. The deck has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the rolling dunes, the awesome ocean views, sunbathing, or just stargazing.
Under the house, there is parking for four vehicles. There's shaded deck with a large table and bar for entertaining, escaping the heat and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach excursions.

Why the Owner Chose La Playa:
We viewed tons of houses in the Port Aransas area, but even though some of the houses were newer, or fancier, none of them had appeal of this quaint, 'beachy' feeling house. We simply fell in love with it!
