Great location!

Perfect location and it has all you need, simple, but very convenient! If you rent a car, there is a parking garage near by for 25$ overnight.

Everything was perfect

Ralph, Raquel and Irma are one of a kind! They are the perfect hosts!♥️ I booked their apartment for two weeks for my son and daughter in law. From the first day it felt like I was sending them to visit family. The kids can't stop talking about their trip and how wonderful and perfect their stay was. The apartment was perfect, clean, comfortable, and offered a perfect place to relax. Air conditioning is top notch, the interior decorating is beautiful and everything worked wonderfully. The location is absolutely ideal, no need for a rental car unless you want to visit the rain forest. ☺️ So, I wrote this little novel to simply say this..... Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here! And from Logan and Brianna "thank you for the trip we will remember for a lifetime"

Perfect home base for our trip!

We would recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in Old San Juan! The central location allowed easy walking access to everywhere we wanted to go, including midday stops to drop off purchases, change of clothes, or just a rest. The full kitchen was a great bonus so we didn’t have to eat all of our meals out. The hosts were gracious and wonderful and kept great communication with us leading up to and throughout our stay. If you are fortunate enough to book this place, give the coqui our love!

Owner recognized the importance of this property and restored it as per specifications of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. With the intention to retire here ,but decided to rent it for others to enjoy the charm of the old city. And an era gone by.

What makes this property unique

Quiet,romantic,away from the hassle and bussle of the traditional tourist spots ,yet close to most everything you would want to see/visit in Puerto Rico. With the added advantage of savoring the sounds and art displayed in this city.
