Our guests love the Chalet because it's great for groups of 2, all the way up to groups of 15. The main floor features a bathroom, sauna, fireplace, kitchen, and a bedroom featuring a full size bed.
The loft upstairs features 3 full sized beds that sleep up to 6 people. The basement features twin sized beds (up to 7) along with a bathroom.
The huge deck allows people to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As well as the view of Mount Wow.
Best of all, the Chalet is located just a quarter-mile from the entrance to Mt Rainier National Park, where you can enjoy countless hiking and mountain biking trails. Choose to challenge yourself physically, or just come out to relax and be with family and friends.

Why the Owner Chose Ashford
The Chalet is great, because even though the address is on State Route 706 East, it's actually near the back of the property where it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The location is easy to find and it's really close to the National Park.

I love being outdoors. I think I got the gene from my late father, who purchased The Lodge Near Mt Rainier in 2007. I used to be involved in the snowboard industry from 1999 to 2004, eventually becoming the President of Reaction Snowboards, and owning cabins and lodges near Mt Rainier just seems like a natural progression of my love of outdoors.
