Hello! This "luxury" 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo lake front condo has a furnished balcony complete with BBQ & views of the water & mountains. With almost 1000 sq ft of living area, you get a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, linens & many smaller appliances. Unit includes TV's, DVD player with DVD movies, CD player, air conditioning, Cable TV, internet, "Boat Slip", 2 parking stalls (one underground), all bedding & towels & has its own washer & dryer. Small complex of 60 units with its own pool, hot tub & sun tanning areas makes this a quiet, relaxing vacation. You may even meet a new friend.
There are many golf courses including "Hyde Mountain Golf Course" that follows the lake, go carts, wine tours, the famous "D" Dutchman Dairy for its many ice cream flavors & exotic animals, bike trails, hiking trails, quad trails, small hike to the Margaret Falls & lots of rental water sports equipment available. There are sandy beaches on both sides of the lake & the Sicamous public sandy beach has adjoining kids water park that is approx. 5 min walk or 2 min. drive with public parking & has a boat launch.
This picturesque area of blue skies, treed mountains & sparkling lakes is a great place to be. These lakes are some of the warmest waters to swim or water ski in. Great small town smiles, restaurants, shopping & so close to the water makes this vacation complete!
Sicamous is 5 hours west of Calgary, Alberta, 5 hours east of Vancouver, 45 min north of Vernon, BC, 90 min. north of Kelowna, BC & 25 min. east of Salmon Arm, BC.
