Why the Owner Chose Quincy
I have never rented out my vacation home. This will be the first year we are doing it. We love to water-ski and we love to just get away here. The hot weather and the water make for great weekends with friends and family.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Waterfront property is hard to come by anywhere you go. Not to mention waterfront with a sandy beach and your boat sitting on a buoy waiting for a round of water skiing. We love the access to the water and the privacy of all the property. This is one of the best properties in the area.

We took our daughter and six of her friends to Sunland for Warp Tour. This house, backyard and the owner were great, it was everything we needed.
Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
