Seagull Landing is an upscale, yet Child friendly, Ocean View Custom Spanish Villa. Seagull Landing sleeps 8 and offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 graciously appointed bathrooms. A California King Size bed graces the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size bed is in the second bedroom, and two twin day beds are in the third bedroom. There is a queen sized pullout sofa in the family room located off of the Dining Room. Duplicate sets of luxury bed and bath linens are provided.
Wake up each morning of your vacation to a Panoramic Ocean view from the Master Bedroom! Relax with the paper, the sunshine, and ocean views and breezes each morning from the light and airy breakfast room. Enjoy your own, large Private Office for doing a little work here and there before embarking on your day of leisure.
You can instantly feel the cool Ocean Breezes against your skin when you step outside. A convenient and easy walk to the beach from this Spanish Beauty! Seagull Landing is freeway close and very convenient to the historic and charming downtown San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano as well as an easy 20 minute drive to the World famous Laguna Beach. A plethora of antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries are just waiting to be discovered. It’s also about 30 minutes to Disneyland, Legoland, and Knott’s Berry Farm, and Orange County Airport and about 60 minutes from Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, and Los Angeles Airport.
In the evening, spend some time reading a book in a quiet corner or some fun family game time in either the Family or Living room. Both have entertainment centers for watching movies or playing video games separately. Both also have large flat screen TVs and DVD players.
After a relaxing day at the beach, the fully appointed Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertops is perfect for preparing that extra special meal. The generously sized dining room with wet bar is large enough to entertain your entire party. I found a wonderful place to getaway in this peaceful upscale neighborhood in San Clemente. Just a ¼ mile from the beach it had a lovely view and beautiful ocean breezes – an excellent place to relax and recharge.
Seagull Landing has it all! From beautifully appointed rooms: cozy living room with large flat screen TV, family room adjoining the dining and kitchen, plus a relaxing sitting room off the kitchen with double doors to let in the fresh ocean breezes.
Upstairs you’ll find a handy laundry room with full size washer and dryer, 2 guest bedrooms with a full bath and a large master bedroom complete with flat screen TV and balcony with an ocean view and another curtained off ‘Juliet’ balcony overlooking the grand entry. The master bath was complete with a large glass block shower, soaking tub, his and her sinks and a wonderful walk-in closet with plenty of drawers, hanger s and hooks. No ‘living out of your suitcase’ here. Unpack and make yourself at home! From upstairs, you’ll find a staircase leading to a large rooftop patio to enjoy the ocean views.
The beach is just a short distance away and the waves were awesome! I saw lots of surfers and boogie boarders enjoying the surf. There’s a path for walking, jogging, biking along the beach and dogs are allowed on leashes during certain times of the day and non holidays. I enjoyed a sunset dinner on the Pier – the steamed clams were fantastic!

We are back in Ireland and missing San Clemente and Seagull Landing. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the house. It was immaculately clean and well furnished which made it a real home from home rather than just a holiday rental. Please pass our compliments to the owners and our thanks for a great stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I live on the hot Calif. desert, so, when Family members came out from Minnesota for the month last year, we, (4 Adults and 3 Children) made "Seagull Landing", San Clemente, our highlight of the month.. We couldn’t have made a better choice. We felt so good the moment we arrived in this luxurious, yet comfy “home“, and I have to say, we hardly moved the car all week! Our "adopted home" was so charming and relaxing that we never strayed far. Furnished beautifully and yet so comfortable! I did‘nt know it could be so much fun to be in the kitchen on vacation…but we completely enjoyed it!! Everything our Family group of 7 needed, was provided, with style! We enjoyed strolling along the beach to watch Sunsets from the San Clemente pier a couple of times, but we soon looked so-o-o forward at end of the day, to our own "Happy Hour Sunsets" on the roomy, very, very comfortable rooftop patio. The kids played boardgames and cards, while the rest of us caught up on family gossip and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh ocean breeze. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance, the pier, the concert on the sand, Ave Del Mar for fun shopping, movies...lunch at outdoor restaurants, playing volleyball, just living the good life. Bring binoculars for whale watching..and a volleyball for beach! It can keep the kids (and Adults!) entertained for hours. When our week ended, we kind of felt that we were leaving our home. We promise to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I just wanted to take a minute to say how much I enjoyed my stay at "Seagull Landing" in San Clemente. The house was everything I had hoped for and so much more. The attention to detail is stunning, the lighting and atmosphere of the house are breathtaking. I really enjoyed the rooftop sitting area and it's view of the ocean. I also liked that we could walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Overall this home deserves 5 stars out of 5. It's a winner in my book and I look forward visiting again soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
