Custom built in 2006 this 7000 Sq ft exquisite gated estate is located on a canal in the most sought after neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale just off charming Las Olas Boulevard, with its fine shops and restaurants, and near the renowned Fort Lauderdale beachfront. It is nestled on finger islands just off the Intracoastal Waterway making it a boater and fisherman's haven.
The main level is open and airy with an expansive view of the large pool and spa. There is a great room that is perfect for large gatherings and entertaining. There is a pool table. Off the great room is a large eat in kitchen. The grand staircase welcomes you upstairs. There is also an elevator. All of the bedrooms are large and have at least one queen or king size bed. Most bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and several open up to a balcony with a beautiful pool and canal view.
The pool is large and inviting with a waterfall and spa. There is an outdoor shower, barbeque, and several areas for dining and lounging. There is a 60' dock with tables for waterfront dining or enjoying your morning coffee. The dock is also great for fishing and watching boats sail by...Rent a boat to make your vacation even more special.

Room Descriptions:
Designed for comfort, conversation and entertainment the elegant Great Room has a wall of sliding french doors that open up to the tropical pool area and waterfront dock. The adjacent dining area has a large, magnificent dining table that accommodates 10-12 and adjoins the state of the art kitchen with dining for 9. There is a wall of picture windows offering a great view of the pool area and canal from the kitchen. There is a stunning pool table in the Great Room as well. There is a full bathroom off the Great Room.
There are two bedrooms on the main level:
Bedroom 1 offers two stylish queen size beds with pleated fabric headboards.
Bedroom 2 offers one designer queen size bed with adjoing bathroom.
There are four bedrooms on the second level:
The enormous master bedroom (bedroom 3) offers two stylish king size beds with pleated fabric headboards as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a huge adjoing master bathroom with glass enclosed shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity, bidet, and private balcony.
Bedroom 4 offers a stylish queen size bed with pleated fabric headboard. There is an adjoining bathroom.
Bedroom 5 offers a beautiful mahogony king size bed with queen size sleeper sofa. There is an adjoining bathroom.
Bedroom 6 offers two attractive queen size beds. There is an adjoining bathroom.
