Our beautiful vacation rental with large game room (7FT pool table, darts and a casino table), a brand new 81 jets hot tub (sound system, LED lights and waterfall) will exceed your expectations! Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The house is located in a private community that boasts 5 lakes (2 w/ swimming beach access/2fishing/1boat non gas motors), 2 pools (1 heated indoor/1 outdoor), tennis courts, basketball courts as well as a community restaurant/bar.
For those who travel with little children we converted an adjoining small room in the master bedroom into a nursery with a Davinchi mini crib, rocking chair, bassinet as well as a changing table to make your stay worry free for all.
Let us share with you our beautiful house in Long Pond PA’s amenity filled private community located in the heart of the beautiful Pocono Mountains. It’s our vacation home located in Emerald Lakes Estates and sits on over 2.5 acres that is surrounded by the Pocono Mountain natural beauty. The house gives you all the privacy in the world with conveniences only minutes away. Enjoy the wonderful views and the peace and quite of the Pocono’s forests. The house is located in a private community that boasts 5 lakes (2 w/ swimming beach access/2fishing/1boat non gas motors), 2 pools (1 heated indoor/1 outdoor), tennis courts, basketball courts as well as a community restaurant/bar.
The 2200+sq ft house is a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath with plenty of room for the whole family. House has central air and heat. There is a large game room on the main floor with a 7ft professional pool table, dart games, roulette/blackjack/poker games as well as flat screen TV on the wall to catch all the games. A Blu Ray player is provided in this area with access to Netflix. (feel free to bring some blu rays) There is also a sound system with a dock to keep the party going. The game room has its own propane fireplace to make it warm and cozy for the colder months. This room has 2 futons that can open to full size sleepers as needed. Sliding glass doors bring you out to the deck for easy access to the hot tub and private small above ground pool. There is a full laundry and full bath on this floor. The main floor has 2 spacious bedrooms both with own TV’s and queen size beds. Once upstairs you will be greeted by our living room with a wall mounted 50inch flat screen TV with full motion mount easily moving the TV to where the action is. An Xbox 360(Netflix access) and Wii is also provided with some games (you are always welcome to bring some by for your stay) our personal DVD collection is also provided for you viewing during your stay. The TV sound system with AUX input is sure to make your movie night is just as good as the theater. A karaoke machine is provided for your stay so bring some karaoke CD’s for a fun night. The couch in the living room reclines and is also a full pull-out sleeper while providing plenty of room for the whole family. Some games are provided (Monopoly/UNO/chess etc). Another full bathroom on this floor as well. The dining room area has a beautiful marble table to make sure everyone can sit comfy and enjoy the food. The kitchen has plenty of cups/dishes/pots/pans/silverware to make your stay worry free and some spices are provided as well. The kitchen also has a wall mounted TV to make sure time in the kitchen is enjoyable! All the appliances needed are available including the dishwasher. The master bedroom is very big and spacious with an en-suite bathroom which has a large soaker tub. A sleeper couch/futon also in the room is perfect to sit on while reading a book or just relaxing. There is a flat screen in the room as well as a DVD player for those longer nights. This bedroom has an additional room that has been converted to a nursery with a Davinchi mini crib, rocking chair, bassinet as well as a changing table to make your stay worry free for all. The adjacent bedroom was converted to a kid’s room which can accommodate adults as well. It has its own flat screen as well 2 double bunk beds. One of the bunk beds is also a full size sleeper. The double decks in the fenced in backyard are perfect to have a BBQ on the high end propane grill. The brand new 81jet hot tub is located under the top deck to relax your stress away with a built-in sound system, LED lights and a waterfall. The kid’s pool is just steps away. The backyard has a fire pit to enjoy a late night by the fire or to cook up some s’mores with plenty of room for the whole family. All TV’s in the house have cable as well as HBO/Cinemax/etc. Free WiFi is provided to our guests also. The house can accommodate up to 15 people. Local activities pamphlets are provided to our guests to make the stay more enjoyable and worry free.

We rented this house for a 3 day weekend in February for a birthday celebration, all in our mid-20s. We had 13 in our group and everyone slept extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the weekend we booked the NE ended up getting a huge snowstorm so we weren't able to use the hot tub more than once & never used the fire pit but the back yard was a great size & the little time we spent in the hot tub was fabulous. This was my first time renting a house & Svetlana made it a great experience for me. She is easily accessible & answers texts right away with any questions you may have. The location is great because it's far enough away but also not too far to go off for groceries and such. Because of the snowstorm at the time of our stay, our arrival/departure times changed because of us being forced to travel earlier than expected. Svetlana was amazing & made the last minute changes so easy for us. The house was fairly clean & provided us with linens and also had a washer/dryer. The check out process is so easy! We are all already looking forward to coming back next year!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

This house is the perfect location for a weekend or week ski trip with a large family or group of friends. It's in great condition and the hot tup is a fantastic plus. The location is remote enough that it feels like a getaway but also close to everything you need. The process to book the house was very easier--easier than other experiences I have had renting houses. It was also very convenient that linens were provided and we didn't have to dump our own trash.Owner response: Lauren, i am glad you enjoyed our home and we would love to see you again soon. Definitely a 5 star rental. Stayed here for my wife's birthday and a group of close friends. The house itself was perfect for a gathering of friends. The open floor plan of the main room as well as the multiple TVs were great for entertaining. The full kitchen (stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes) made cooking for the group a snap. The game systems (with games included) were a big hit. The game room downstairs was great to hang out to catch the game and play some pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. The hot tub outside is amazing with the LED light and sound system (although the sound was a bit distorted, but hey beggars can't be choosers!). Svetlana makes the process of renting the house smooth and organized. Perhaps the best part of the rental is her accessibility. The weekend of my visit Svetlana was readily available via email and answered promptly to any questions regarding the house. I recommend this rental to others and will definitely consider staying once again in a return trip to the Poconos.Owner response: Great to hear :) glad you enjoyed it. This a truly beautiful house that offers a lot of activities. We stayed in early December and enjoyed hiking to nearby lakes, the huge deck, fire pit, pool table and of course- the awesome new hot tub! After some initial confusion about methods of payment (I had fed-exed a check which was never received, I guess Fed Ex goofed...), the landlord was extremely accommodating and was available/very responsive in the week before the trip as well as over the weekend to answer questions that came up. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely consider staying again in the future!Owner response: John, thank you very much for such a wonderful review. I did call Fedex, they should refund you shipping charges and hopefully more... since they admitted their mistake. We hope to see you back soon :)

This place is amazingly beautiful and welcoming. I stayed here the first week in Oct. 2012 with two other families with a total of 7 kids under the age of 12 and 6 Adults and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful inside and out and well maintained, no major problems that we noted. All our need were met by Svetlana and she is very pleasant to deal with ( and responds very quickly via email or text). The area is very beautiful with lots to do both for children and adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table where we spent much time. All in all I would recommend to anyone with or without kids.Owner response: Orville, thank you for your kind words!!! Very accomodating landlord and is very helpful when needed. Not only is dealing with the landlord very convenient, but the property is very accurate as show in pictures and there are many fun activities if you are looking to get away for a week/weekend. The place was very clean when we got there, and we had no problems at all. Perfect with a group of friends because there is a hot tub and pool, but also great for families because of the board games and video games. There are also fun close by activities such as fishing and kayaking. Awesome house and awesome owner. Definitely would recommend staying at this property.
