Chateau Acadian unit #111 is a large, beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom with 2 baths townhome, that is a spacious 1950 sq. ft, and which comfortably sleeps 9 people. As one of only 16 huge condos, located near the junction of Hwy. 6 and Swan Mt. Rd., the road to Breckenridge and Frisco, it is approximately 15 minutes from each of these towns. This townhome is situated at the Keystone Ski and Golf Resort in a forested, resort-tax free area. It is 3.5 miles from the town of Dillon and 4.5 miles from Silverthorne with its 80+ factory outlet stores, Lake Dillon is an easy 3 block walk and the 80-mile Summit County bike path runs the length of the property. A bus stop for the free Summit Stage is nearby and wildlife is abundant both at and around Chateau Acadian. There are extensive common areas with 2 indoor hot tubs (1 in summer), a huge sauna, a lovely mountain brook with a creek-side pocket park complete with horseshoe pits and picnic table, lounges, party room with community kitchen and a complex of huge party decks, one with a gas grill and picnic tables. All 3 Chateau Acadian buildings are interconnected and so all of the amenities can be accessed by interior hallways. For your convenience there is an on-site manager and free wireless high-speed Internet access available throughout the whole complex.
The large, newly furnished living room has a wall of windows, hardwood floors, a deck with a forested view of the snow-capped Gore Mt. Range, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning fireplace. A queen-size sleeper sofa graces this area along with ample other seating.
The remodeled, U-shaped granite kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need; full-size stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, along with dishes, glassware and silverware. It is fully stocked with big pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, ovenware, blender, bakeware, etc. There are also ample cabinets, long granite countertops and a wet bar with a wine chiller. The kitchen seats 5 at the doublewide countertop.
Each of the two large upstairs bedrooms has French doors that open onto a small, private deck. The master bedroom also has a queen bed, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV and mountain views. Bedroom number two has a queen-size bed and a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen sectional and a flat-screen TV.
There is a new ¾ bath on the main floor and the second floor has a beautifully tiled full bath. The private laundry room in this townhome is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. All the closets are large and spacious. The 4 decks and porches are completely or partially covered for use in any weather and to keep the ample supply of firewood dry. The back deck has seating and a gas grill. All the bed linen and towels, and a startup supply of paper goods, are provided.
