Beautiful home located on pristine Mirror Lake; an 84 acre, 100' deep lake in North Central Vermont. Fish for rainbow trout, lake trout, bass, pickerel. Home is 50' from 130' lakefront area with boat dock and firepit. Two canoes, three kayaks, sunfish sailboat. Mirror Lake is 16 miles north of Montpelier Vermont, Vermont's charming capital city with wonderful shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.

We have not only owned and rented a vacation home, but have stayed in many vacation homes owned by others. So, we have clear ideas about what we like and would return to and what was not good. We loved this home on the lake. The house was clean and well furnished; the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals; we loved the down comforters on the beds; the location was perfect - far enough away from things and not too far if you wanted/needed to pick up something or go out to eat. Fishing equipment and canoes were provided - although we did not take advantage of them. Good hiking is available in the area which we did take advantage of. Our only complaint - though not too big of a deal, was that comforable seating was limited in the living area. There were four of us and so three sat on the couch and one used the comfy chair.
