Our street was fortunate. No flood as our dunes held. Built in 2007 and recently repainted. On ocean block with many amenities. See the ocean from the living room, dining room, roof deck, and balcony. Roof deck also has bay, Atlantic City skyline and mainland views. Balcony has gas grill and metal table and chairs. Large yard with white privacy fence, barbeque and new poly table for 8. Private outside shower. Extra large 1.5 car garage with beach toys and room for your extra stuff. Off street parking for 3 additional cars. 4 bedrooms plus additional trundle and day bed in office/den. Your kids can go to the beach without crossing a street.

we stayed here the last week of july 2012.everything is "as advertised".the house was plenty big enough and clean.the roof top deck was nice, every night and every early morning. the location is great as it is close to the beach and it is on a quiet street with no thru traffic. the house has everything you need. we will be back next yr.!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Our family had a phenomenal time at this lovely home. The property was clean and extremely well maintained. The kitchen, bedrooms and living space were extremely comfortable. One of our favorite aspects of the house was the roof top deck where we saw gorgeous sunsets every night with a cool ocean breeze. We had an amazing view of both the ocean and the bay. The owner allowed us use of their possessions in the garage. They were accommodating in every way. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to coming back again every year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven Park:
Long Beach Island is the best vacation spot for small kids. Our street is quiet, even in busy season. Kids can play ball and bike in the street without traffic worries and run to and from the beach without crossing a street. Map shows some of the many amenities within one mile. Beach Haven with Fantasy Island, Bay Village, and restaurants are a bike ride away.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Beach avenue is very bike and pedestrian friendly. All the amenities of downtown Beach Haven are less than 2 miles away with no traffic lights. We enjoy biking to yoga classes at the Beach Haven School in the morning.
