Fort Lauderdale is known for the largest and finest sailing vessels in the world and they pass at your feet from this beautiful penthouse. There are 270 degrees of water views, including the intercoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The downtown area is breathtaking and the sunsets are magnificent.
Newly renovated and redecorated (2004), this penthouse has an open floorplan (living room, dining room, and kitchen) decorated in the Tommy Bahama style. Every room has a water view.
The master bedroom has large closets, a king-size bed, a built-in TV and VCR, and a master bath of granite/tile. There is a view of the ocean and intercoastal waterway.
The second bedroom is set up as a den (12-feet by 15-feet) has a large closet, a TV,a VCR, a queen-size sofa bed, and a view of the ocean and intercoastal as well.
The building is beautifully appointed with a pool that sits on the intercoastal. Shopping and fine dining are just steps away. The beach is a short walk and golfing is a short drive by car or cab.
