Greensprings Resort has every essential amenity to help you enjoy your vacation and for the golf lovers they will appreciate the adjacent Jack Nicklaus- designed golf course. Greensprings Resort offers a variety of fun during any season including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, miniature golf, fitness equipment and an activities center.
This spacious two bedroom villa will offer a private patio/balcony, full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, all cooking utensils and a coffee maker. Room amenities will also include a fireplace, whirl pool jetted tub in the master bathroom, two cable televisions, and a washer/dryer. After a busy day sight-seeing enjoy the comfort of home and it doesn’t get any better coming back to unwind in this beautifully decorated villa.

Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.
Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.
Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.
Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
