Escape for a month, plan a family vacation or get away with friends at our private retreat located just 2 miles from downtown Calistoga, a world-class wine region with hundreds of wineries, outstanding restaurants and farmer’s markets. This property can only be rented by the month.

Our 15 acre property is a very private custom decorated home located at the peak of an oak studded knoll. Although you feel completely secluded at the property, it is located so close to town that you can watch hot air balloons take off over town at sunrise and then easily grab a cup of locally roasted coffee and breakfast just minutes away in Calistoga.

The two-story main house on the property has 3 bedrooms each with a king size bed and private bathrooms. The sunny kitchen is replete with all the cooking utensils and appliances needed to make a gourmet dinner with local ingredients that you can pick up during the day. The main area of the upper floor features stunning views of the mountains and valley floor and includes a formal dining area, living room, stone fireplace, TV room, the kitchen and the Master Bedroom suite. Downstairs are two more bedrooms with bathrooms, the washer & dryer, TV/family room and another stone fireplace

The property also offers a 1 bedroom guest house with a king size bed, bathroom, breakfast nook, washer/dryer and its own kitchen. The guest house has its own patio, private yard and a charming wooden pergola.

Relax, go for a peaceful stroll the on grounds and enjoy the lookouts to the nearby mountain ranges or take a refreshing dip in the solar heated pool. If alfresco dining and cooking in a built-in outdoor kitchen by a pond are your style, that is available as well.

Fly direct to the Charles Shultz Sonoma/Santa Rosa airport from Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, of Las Vegas on Horizon Air. Walk off the plane, drive 25 minutes to our retreat property and you will be ready to start your vacation – unless you decide to go wine tasting on the way. Alternatively, you may opt to fly into San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento Airport and drive approximately 2 hours to the property.

                        What an amazing retreat! The big, open spaces (both indoor and out) are perfect for group get-togethers, the house is beautifully appointed, and the property is phenomenal. We cannot imagine a better way to enjoy wine country.

                        Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
