A private, multi-level, ranch house located on a 980-acre, working, cattle ranch. Corrals and hay available for anyone wanting to bring horses to ride the hundreds of miles of trails on the ranch and in the nearby Sawtooth and Pasayten wilderness. A spacious, green yard full of a variety of fruit trees and lilac bushes just steps from the log-covered porch. Mule deer and wild turkeys are in the yard and alfalfa field every day mingling with the cattle. No neighbor houses in sight.

Large alfalfa field and treed mountains are the view out the living room and dining room windows. A large, river rock fireplace in the center of the living room for serenity and warmth. A large, wood stove insert in the basement with plenty of wood to warm and dry the wettest skier, snowmobiler, or hiker during the winter months.

Just ten minutes from the old western town of Winthrop which has several excellent restaurants and lots of shopping for tourists. Less than a mile from the center of Twisp with restaurants and stores.

No help is needed running the ranch but your observing and questions are certainly welcome. The whole 980 acres are yours to hike, snowmobile, ski, and sled on. Great mule deer viewing all times of the year on the property from your car seat. A trout pond for those that like to fish with a few five-to-eight-pound rainbows. You will not have any interference from your neighbors here because we DO HAVE ELBOW ROOM.
