This condominium complex is ocean front. The beach is wonderful. It is pedestrian friendly, as it does not allow cars. A four minute walk north takes you to Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area. It too, prohibits vehicles, making for a truly fantastic experience.
The unit is a newly renovated townhouse, comprising the second and third floors of the three story building. The first floor is a single story unit. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath are on the second floor. The 2 bedrooms and two full baths are on the third floor. The newly remodeled unit has new coat of paint as well as new appliances in the kitchen. The flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, stairs and upstairs hallway is a smooth natural stone, giving the unit a clean rich feel. The bedrooms are carpeted. The masterbed room has a queen bed and cable television. The second bedroom has 2 tiwn beds.
From the living room sofa ocean views are easily visible and for better views the private porch off the living room seats two comfortably.
The complex has a pool with excellent ocean views. The location is ideal in that it is in within walking distance of the beach, the County Pier, which offers fishing and a Wednesday's farmer's market, as well as numerous restaurants.
