Location, location, location. This house is ocean front. I designed it for myself and my family. The beach is steps away. The house has all the upgrades, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances. The master bath has two sinks, a walk in shower with two shower heads each having it's own temperature control. The deck is 1,300 square feet. There's a hot tub and an out shower with hot and cold water. This house has it all.
Again the location is ideal. It's within steps to the beach, the County Pier, which offers fishing and a Wednesday's farmer's market, as well as numerous restaurants.
