Spacious, four bedroom home with a view of the lake from every room. Just ten steps to the waters edge off the deck. Multiple decks all the way around the house. Sand bottom, shallow swimming at the end of the dock. Bring your own watercraft or rent our pontoon or jet-skis or ski boat. This property is located at the southeast area of the lake in Bingham Township just 1/4 a mile from the public boat launch area which has a small sand beach area. Dock provided, prime swimming down the ladder at the end of the dock. Beautiful sand bottom & shallow at this point. Buoy is provided for our guest that are bringing there own watersports. The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen and bar that seats three. Dining room and family room both overlooking the lake have walk outs to the deck. Deck lined with BBQ grill (charcoal or gas), picnic table, lounge chairs, hammocks and sandbox. Half bath and living room with TV/VCR/cd player on this level too. One bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper. Upstairs is three bedrooms and one full bath. Two of these bedrooms have walk-out balconies overlooking the lake, each with a queen bed. Breathtaking views, like your right on top of the water. Third bedroom also has a queen bed with a full size futon and view of the lake. Lake Leelanau is a sand bottom, 23 mile long lake, south end in Traverse City and the north end is Leland. Great boating and all-sports lake. Large enough that you won't ever feel crowded. Boat on up to the town of Lake Leelanau or Leland for shopping and dinner. Lots to do in Leland as far as sightseeing and shopping. Don't be stuck on shore your next vacation, rent our water-sports at unbeatable prices. These rentals are only available with our vacation rentals. Rent our 24 foot, 11-passenger pontoon boat for just $800 a week or $150 a night. Or our 1996 Mastercraft 205 ski boat for $2000/week. Weekly only during prime time which is mid-June to mid-September. We also have a 2003 and 2004 three-person Sea-Doo Jet-Skis for rent by the week for $900 or for 3-days for $450, take both = 10% off. Summer Weekly Only (Saturday to Saturday) .. $3500/week for up to 10.
Off Season Rates ............. $300/night .. $1800/week. Beyond 10 guests is more.
6% Tax added to every reservation. $100 Cleaning Fee if renting 4 less than week.
Deposit is non-refundable if canceled 90 days or less before arrival.
90 days or more out from day of arrival, deposit is fully refundable.
Optional Add Ons: pontoon boat $800/week, jetski $900/week, ski boat $2000/week
