Inside is a nice size living room with sliders to open up for a nice summer breeze, large table for your inside dining, and a sleep sofa for any additional guests. The unit will sleep up to six with four in the bedroom and two on the sleep sofa. My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2012. It was very neat and clean. The amenities were very well thought out to ensure every guest has everything they need. We were very comfortable and we plan to rent it again next year. The location in North Wildwood is terrific, and the room is slightly bigger than most in the building (due to a bump out from the utility closet). I highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Very clean, close to everything! Pool was nice, perfect location of unit on sundeck, it made it feel like that was our balcony! Loved cooking out on the grills. Owners were super great people!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Just got back from a 1 week's stay, condo was nice, clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Close to the beach, a few minutes drive from the boardwalk and grocery stores. Nice big pool was also cleaned daily, the property is very well maintained. Thumbs up!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was excellent. The first room on the 2nd floor, right by the spacious sundeck that also has two gas grills. You can see the pool from your sliding glass front door. The room itself is super clean and well furnished. It has two TVs with DVD players so the kids can watch their shows anytime. It also has its own parking spot, so you always have one. The owners made sure that everything was perfect. I am already setting up my next summer vacation there.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was everything offered and more. Firstly, it was spotless which I and my family really appreciated. My husband and I stayed with two children and we had plenty of room and a very comfortable stay. We really liked the location it was close enough to the beautiful beach but also removed enough from all of the activity of the Boardwalk. So, it was nice and quiet.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great location close to beach and inlet. Unit next to sundeck with outside grill for cooking. Unit was spacious with large bedroom. Beautifully furnished. Extremely clean and kitchen had everything you would need. Pool available. Parking spot off the street. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: My wife and I live in Philadelphia, and have always vacationed in North Wildwood. We are family oriented and want others to enjoy this area and complex as we have.
Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood:
We purchased in this complex because of the great location, property condition, and amenities offered. We have stayed here when vacationing and loved it ourselves. After looking at this complex and condo unit compared to others there was no choice in our mind.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love this unit being that it is a corner (end) unit on the second floor just off the sun deck, and grilling area with a view of the pool. The unit is larger than many others and is in excellent condition, and tastefully furnished.
