Your villa comfortably sleeps 5 to 6 people. The world renown Atlantis Resort and Casino is a 5 minute walk away, the spectacular Cabbage Beach is less than a 3 minute walk away, a beautiful bird watching locale, which is visited by endangered birds, is a 2 minute walk away and the capital city of Nassau on the island of New Providence is just a stroll across the bridge or a ferry ride across the harbor.
At Villa Oasis you have the best of all worlds. This is an amazing location... Walk everywhere. 10 min to cabbage beach(public)...10 min to village market...15 min to Atlantis...15 min to ferries...The villa is very quiet (away from nightlife but not far). It is also private and clean. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Our twin 16 yr olds stayed there and our 11 yr old had the fold out couch in the front room. The place is not very spacious and fills quickly. Small hot water tank so plan for quick showers. Otherwise all amenities were there. Lisa was very professional in helping us plan our stay. She gave many reviews of the local establishments. Informed us of many savings that could be had while we stayed. She was there to meet us for arrival and then at departure. I would recommend this to any family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

The first night of our stay in The Bahamas was at the Comfort Suites, which was a decent place but we were SO glad when we arrived at our villa. Much more relaxed, comfortable, clean, and roomy!! The layout was great for the four of us! Two roomy bathrooms, an adorable, clean and well stocked kitchen. We took advantage of Lisa's offer to grocery shop for us for a small fee, so we e-mailed a list and she got everything right! Loved the courtyard with private pool...we were out there all the time. Just a five minute walk to Cabbage Beach. We all got massages on the beach on our last day...amazing! Lisa was great to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this villa!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

"Happy New Year! What a wonderful way to leap into 2013. Your villa oasis has been perfect for our family to enjoy each other and this beautiful island! We have spent the majority of our time on this lovely beach, reading the fun rides at Atlantis, enjoying rum cocktails, delicious seafood, a very fun Powerboat ride to Exuma, the junkanoo and feeling the friendly relaxed atmosphere The Bahamas offers. "What am n amazing family vacation! The lovely villa was a wonderful respite/getaway for the busy days we planned. Our daughter spent countless hours in the pool. And Miss. Lisa is a gracious and knowledgeable host. We tried most of her recommendations with great success. Like the other families [in this journal], we also tried Lucianos of Chicago and highly recommend it. As for things to do, we spent 2 days at Atlantis (pay 1 night at Comfort Suites and get 2 days of Atlantis access). One day at Blue Lagoon and another doing the Power Boat Adventure tour to Exuma. Paradise was not misrepresented!! I found this just browsing through and the price was right so looked into it. I wrote to Lisa for more details and she got right back to me. She was a pleasure to deal with before and during our stay. We had 6 adults in the villa and we all fit ! The veranda was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The kitchen well equipped since we cooked in a bit. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofabed! A 10 minute walk to the beach was convenient. We fed the ducks, fish and turtles at the pond and of course went to Atlantis mainly for the casino. We utilized Chrys for airport transportation but could walk pretty much everywhere. It was such a relaxing time and I would highly recommend Villa Oasis !!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Lisa was very accomodating. Kitchen is well stocked. We were so close to the beach and Atlantis that we could walk there whenever we chose. Make sure to visit the Atlantis Aquarium in the evenings when it is free.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful time we had at Lisa's villa. First, thank you Lisa for allowing us to stay. This villa had everything we needed as a family of 6. Your attention to detail, the fully stocked kitchen and the decor of your unit was perfect. We were so close to the beach and Atlantis but removed from all the noise and crowds, it was just all we had hoped for. We just did not want to leave!!! It was exactly as presented online and we had the best vacation ever!!! This is our fourth trip to Paradise Island in two years and I would have to say that I will never stay any where else again except at "Oasis". Lisa is a fantastic owner and representative of her lovely home; I only wish it was mine to keep!!!! The private pool is so inviting and we swam in it every day - such fun. The property has been lovingly renovated and the furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. Although close to everything on Paradise Island the villa is a quiet and calm retreat. The only "noise" we heard, birds chirping - you have to love that!!! I almost don't feel like saying how lovely it was for fear it will never be available again when we desire another wonderful vacation! Thanks Lisa for an amazing time!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I am a professional Bahamian national that has always dreamed of taking part in the hospitality industry. As a teenager and young adult I "grew-up" on Cabbage beach where I spent many weekends with friends. It is in my view the best beach in Nassau/New Providence.
Why the Owner Chose Atlantis:
Paradise Island is undoubtedly one of the best resort areas in The Bahamas. It has all that a traveler looking for the ideal vacation experience in the Caribbean could ever desire - beautiful beach (where you can choose to stay on the end with all of the other tourists and savor tropical drinks or where you can walk to a more secluded end and feel as though you are away from it all), palm trees, sunsets, restaurants (from 4/5 stars to roadside eateries), entertainment (nightclubs, comedy shows, aqua themed park, dolphin encounters, etc.) and yet seclusion in a home of your own where you can close the gate and enjoy the seclusion of your fully enclosed courtyard garden and pool - shutting out everything but the sound of the birds and the croak of an occasional frog if you want to. All of this a short 30 - 45 minute flight from South Florida. What more can anyone ask? It was the ideal place to buy a vacation rental and it is the best place to fulfill your dreams of a perfect vacation in The Bahamas.
