Our golf villa is warm and inviting with wood ceilings and floors, soaring rock fireplace, beautiful granite counters in the kitchen, and inviting leather seating. As you sit on the covered deck with railings, you may view the number one and two tees of the Tower course and enjoy the cool breeze and scent of the pine trees. On evening walks, you may see deer or elk as well as beautiful birds.
Membership transfer to the Torreon County Club is optional! This includes use of the clubhouse, swimming, family center, tennis, fitness center and all the other wonderful activities Torreon has. Golf the exclusive Torreon Desert Troon golf courses, rated as one of the top 10 in the Southwest and enjoy 36 holes of great golf, you will not be disappointed.
Enjoy the flat screen TV, play games with your family or grill out on the porch. Arrange for a hayride, buggy ride, cookout or just a ride into the forest at the equestrian center. The newly opened spa provides massages, facials and other treats. The food at the lodge is unparalleled in Show Low and the view and seating inside and out is beautiful. For a more casual dining, enjoy the Cabin restaurant at the ninth hole of the Cabin course.

Area is beautiful, golf magnificent, villa location and layout are very good. This is our 3rd month-long stay in the 2 bedroom Torreon Golf Villas, but first in this particular villa. The other villas were lovely and clean. We booked late this year and this was the only one available for our time period. We were very disappointed. First, the description stated there was parking for an "RV/Trailer/Boat." Not remotely so. We had to scramble to find storage for our motorcycle trailer ($75). The sheets were flat queens for a king. The management firm brought us new sheets., 6 lightbulbs were out, replaced them. Propane tank was broken, replaced for $25, no resolution from management. Vacuum was broken and had to borrow 3 times from many friends in the area, since management declined to repair. Throw rugs were filthy, washed them. Toilets were filthy on arrival, scoured them. Carpet in master was filthy (sorry, did not steam clean). Lots of owner lock-out, so little storage space for month+ stays. Management's answer: No repsonse or return calls. Hmmmmm... We have had the opportunity to visit this beautiful cabin in Show Low, AZ two times. We absolutely love the peacefulness and warmth the cabin provides us with. The 2 bedroom home is inviting and has plenty of room for a family gathering or is perfect for a couple's getaway.This cabin has a beautiful fireplace that is enjoyable to sit by and have a peaceful evening together. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook a nice meal and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. If you're looking for a nice couple/family retreat, this is the place to be. You can't beat the breathtaking views and the sweet smell of pine! Overall, we have had two great experiences and look forward to returning soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

A friend and I spent a few days in Torreon in late June 2010. The town home was in excellent condition. The property manager took care of all of my needs. The golf course was in great condition. Lunch at the Torreon clubhouse was very good. The weather was beautiful. (70's and 80's during the day, 50's at night) The town home is only 1/4 of a mile from the swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The Sunrise Ski area is 38 miles away. There are lots of hiking trails and mountains to climb. There are many restaurants between Show Low and Pinetop. (Steak, Seafood, BBQ, and Pizza are all within 15 miles of this unit). I'm a finicky traveler so tend to be critical of places I stay. This property was one of the nicest places I've ever rented. I highly recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

About the owner: We live in Phoenix and love our mountain getaway. The wonderful summers and extensive amenities of Torreon suit our love of the outdoors. We love the golf, tennis, swimming, biking and horseback riding in the summer as well as the amazing family center. In the winter, we enjoy skiing and snowboarding as well as just relaxing in front of the fire. We enjoy spending time here with our children and grandchildren and hope you will too.
Why the Owner Chose Show Low:
The golf villas are one of only 2 properties in Torreon where you can transfer your golf and community privileges to renting guests. This allows you the same enjoyment as if it were your own. The fees are very reasonable and there is no other location like it in all of Show Low that provides the quality and features of Torreon (not to mention the great restaurant and club house).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You can enjoy many family activities (sand volleyball, basketball, tennis, pool, pingpong, free video arcade, fishing, supervised art & craft activities, supervised children's movie & pizza night and more)in the family center at no cost. The heated pool & spa with food & beverage service is also nice. The paved walk/bike trails keep you safely out of traffic. The golf rivals any Troon courses in Phoenix.For winter sports, you are only 45 minutes from Sunrise ski area.
