Such a wonderful 2 bedroom cottage that is full of 'that lake feel'! 2 bedrooms + sleeping porch AND guest house with 1/2 bath, provides for sleeping accomodations for 8! Great swimming access! When you think of a cottage on the lake, you probably have a place like this in mind! Comfortable cottage with several skylights stratigically placed to bring in wonderful sunlight. For those who want to feel like their camping, they can sleep in the screen porch that has two built-in single sleepers and feel like you are out among the fresh summer breezes. Also includes two bedrooms in the main cottage as well as a guest house with a full-size bed and 1/2 bath. Then....you have the outside that has 100 feet of sandy shoreline, wonderful dock, swimraft and even has 2 kayaks for your use. It's all about fun when you arrive at the lake and this is where the fun begins! Pets subject to owner approval for $99/pet fee.
