This recently refurbished and totally charming beach cottage is set at the edge of a country road in a tastefully developed area. The property is well landscaped and ideal for people seeking a quieter respite. The house offers a lovely view of a freshwater pond from the screened-in porch as well as the yard area. Three bedrooms in the house and an extra guest room with it's own private bath over the garage are both comfortable and interestingly decorated. The small kitchen overlooks a sweet little dining area - perfect for intimate dinner parties. This is truly one of our all time favorites. We think it'll be yours too. Owner prefers a minimum of two week rentals and no smoking in or on premises. Part of the Association Tennis.
