We just arrived back in North Pole, Alaska, having spent three days in this lovely condo prior to traveling to the Big Island for our daughter's wedding. The photos and description are accurate and the condo is clean and obviously well maintained. Loved the spacious shower/tub area and the separate toilet room. There were three adults in our party and the beds were very comfortable, including the large day bed in the living room area. In spite of our short stay, we were able to take in most of the local sights due to the central location. Even if we hadn’t done any sightseeing, it would have been enough just to relax out on that lanai, 15 floors up, with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a drink in the evening and just take in the sights and sounds. Our late check in went smoothly thanks to Jason's excellent instructions. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we're looking forward to coming back someday. Many thanks to Jason and his staff for helping to make our trip a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

It can be hard to get good accommodation in Waikiki that is both reasonably priced, well located, and not subject to the 24-hour noise that goes with this famous vacation hotspot. Before my trip I researched for weeks all the different hotels and offers that were available, but I was lucky enough to find Jason at Unipack. They lease units in the Waikiki Park Heights apartment complex for vacation rentals. I had a 1 bedroom apartment (a real 1 bedroom!) with full kitchen and lanai on the 15th floor, with expansive views of Waikiki Beach and the Pacific Ocean - a sunset every night. Located right on Kuhio Ave, but just far enough away from the nightspots and traffic to be truly peaceful and quiet, the building is also set right back into the block, down a driveway about 30 metres from Kuhio, so that reduces traffic noise even more. It's a surprisingly quiet part of the neighbourhood, considering it's still right in Waikiki - even the new Hilton is just 1 block away, catering to a pretty upmarket crowd who don't necessarily want all-night club noise disturbing them. The building itself is really well run and clean as you would expect from a residential complex, the staff at Unipack were very helpful, and I really felt like a valued guest. The unit has everything you need for a self-contained stay: full fridge, stove, microwave, all sorts of utensils; the bathroom was perfect, even with a deep Japanese-style soaking tub! Plus plenty of storage space so I never felt like I was tripping over my bags. Being on Kuhio there is transport almost outside the door via The Bus, and a well stocked supermarket 2 blocks down at the Food Pantry - the prices there can be a bit inflated but it has everything you could need for a holiday stay. Would I come back? You betcha - it's such a good location, the rate was very reasonable, and the amenities perfect. Cant ask for more than that!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Just got back yesterday from our trip to Hawaii. What a wonderfull time. Condo was as advertised. On the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was clean and the staff was so friendly. We had 3 adults in the unit and with the three beds worked out great. Location was close to everything, beach , restrants and International Market Place. Would recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Jason and the staff for making our stay a time to remember.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I just came back from a weeklong stay. I have nothing but good things to say about Jason and his staff. This condo has a direct view of the ocean, perfectly placed for walking, and a great price on parking. I won’t hesitate to book this property again…I will try to book there every chance that I get…this coming from a once a year traveler to Oahu. I spent mornings w/coffee on hand watching the surfers both on the beach and comfortably on the balcony. The beach was about a quick walk away. The staff was excellent and met my expectations from the start. We got there, two of us, after hours and found our way in rather easily w/Jason’s instructions. The condo unit had everything that I needed along w/extras. As a foodie…I enjoy the culinary experiences that Hawaii has to offer. I also like the idea of being able to cook w/fresh ingredients from the local markets. Taking home food to a hotel just doesn’t support my lifestyle. Renting a condo agrees w/me more. W/this said, I have rented condos before and none of them really matched the descriptions on their ads. I am very happy about this find…the price was perfect. Thanks to Jason and his staff…wonderful people…really cared about our stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

From start to end our experience was over and above our expectations. Everything was as described in the ad. It is very close to the Waikiki beach, 3 short blocks, and many other amenities. The view of the beach from the condo balcony was great to sit and have breakfast, sip on a glass of wine or enjoy a cold beer. My first email inquiring about this place was quickly answer and all my concerns clarified. We will definitely go back!! The assistance provided by Jason and his staff was excellent. This place is convenient, clean, comfortable, and a very low price compared to other places. Thanks Jason for helping on getting an excellent vacation for me and my family! Sincerely, Happy Canadians!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

3 blocks from the "Duke" - you couldn't ask for a better location. Kaz and staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, and Jason is always an email of phonecall away. The suite is nice in that the bedroom is separate room. The kitchen is a touch on the small side if you plan on eating all three meals in your room, but with so many restaurants nearby, you'll find yourself out and about for 1 or 2 meals a day. While extremely clean and well taken care of, the suite is starting to show its age. It doesn't take anything away from your vacation though, this is Hawaii - get out and sight-see!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed at this property in early February 2011. The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well-maintained. We had advised the owner of our late arrival in Honolulu and were provided instructions to access the keys, since it was after business hours. Alll of our questions and concerns prior to staying at the property were answered in a timely and professional manner by the owner. While in Honolulu, the owner's staff was most accomodating in our requests and were very friendly.. Waikiki Beach is 2 blocks away. The bus stop for TheBus is half a block away. we would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. Recommended activities: parasailing, USS Arizona Memorial & Pearl HarborRecommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Taking my mom and sister to Honolulu, I need a Condo that would sleep at least 3 people with a kitchenette. I found this listing on VRBO and booked it with Jason. He was very helpful. The staff at the Condo were friendly. The Condo was clean and the view - you can't beat waking up looking at Waikiki every morning. The Condo is centrally located, close to restaurants and supermarkets and only 2 blocks walk to Waikiki. The pool was also very nice. I would return on my next visit and highly recommends this place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.
