Large laundry room. 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom & twin on the top).
Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach or quiet days at the pool.

We had a wonderful stay! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left things were great. The condo is large and well equipped. The pool is just steps away and beautiful. Everything you need for a great vacation is just a short car ride away. Bethany beach is much nicer than OC. We still frequented Fenwick Island State Park (due to past experience) beach rather than Bethany but walked at Bethany in the evening. Melissa and her mother were both fantastic to deal with. I cannot wait to return next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I am a WAHM. I run an in home daycare. We love the beach and enjoy spending time with family. We also like to camp. My husband works for Department of Homeland Security & is retired from the Air Force.
Why the Owner Chose Other Bethany Beach Properties:
We love the beach. I grew up going to Bethany. My Mom has a place & it was too small for us to stay with her.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
It is very quiet. It is a short drive to the beach if we feel like going to the beach. If we want a quiet day we can sit out in the hammock or head to the pool.
