My husband and I stayed for the weekend and the condo was great! The listing is accurate and the decor was beautiful. Clean, modern and elegant decor. Although it's a bachelor condo, we found it comfortable for the two of us. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo shares with the Sheridan hotel so you also get the advantages of using the gym etc. The owners are also nice and will give good recommendations to restaurants and what to do. Overall, good location, clean, comfortable, safe neighbourhood and helpful owners. We would definitely recommend this to a friend and would stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Clint and Shirley were very gracious hosts making sure we were well informed of the area we were in, with tips on restaurants and local attractions and a nice bottle of wine for the birthday girl. The condo was very clean and well stocked with a view to die for. Location was exactly what we wanted, walking distance to the Stanley Park, Granville Island and all the funky streets and watering holes. I would highly recommend this property for your stay and would not hesitate to return, hopefully sooner than later....thank you both for such a great stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow....just an incredible place to stay in the incredible City of Vancouver. We stayed for a few nights on our whirlwind trip through the Pacific Northwest and enjoyed everything about the studio condo. It's central to nearly everything and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Walking in the neighborhood felt just like that...a neighborhood, even with the immense Wall Centre being our starting point. The area felt safe at night and there were tons of amenities right nearby including a supermarket, wine shop, lots of restaurants, and Japa-Dog (couldn't help mentioning that one....definitely give it a try if the thought of Japanese-style sausages makes you hungry). Inside, the condo was exceptionally clean and well-appointed and Clint and Shirley did a fantastic job providing us with not only everything we would need inside the condo, but points of interest nearby and a great orientation of the building. They really do take great pride in their rentals and making you feel welcomed and it shows. The air-conditioner inside made a world of difference too as we were there during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. There's even decent view out of the window with downtown buildings and the nearby mountains framing the bedroom/living area. We definitely had a great stay and would come back again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Cheers to Clint and Shirley!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights on a trip to Vancouver. The condo is centrally located and we were able to walk to many areas safely. If we were going further than out, we were located near major bus lines and also the train. The condo was amazingly clean and because the central air was broken, the owners installed a portable one that kept the place perfectly cool. We arrived on Amtrak late and Shirley cheerfully met us in the lobby to check us in after midnight. She made sure we knew that she was available for any questions or concerns. She gave us Maps and walking tour books and answered all the questions we had. We hope to come back again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Located on a mid-level floor of the Sheraton Hotel complex with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the main courtyard and unobstructed view of the city capped by mountains, our first reaction was: "let's live here." It's a bit on the smaller side, just a little larger than a typical hotel room, but the good layout, up-scale furnishings/appliances, and comfortable platform bed had the bones of a penthouse suite for less cash than a typical room at the chain next-door. For this, and its location, it is probably one of the better values I've experienced through VRBO. Further, the managers were very attentive and sped the check-in/out process so we could maximize our time exploring. We'll definitely be back. Tip to renters: a good selection of usually-forgotten toiletries are provided, but not shampoo/conditioner, so bring some. Also, there is a good coffee pot, but bring along or buy your own coffee/creamer/sugar, as none is provided.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Jonathan. The shampoo, coffee cream and sugar was an over sight on our part. We do have plenty in stock and next time if we make this mistake again which we probably won't just ask and we would be happy to give you what ever you need. Remember we are only steps away and are here to look after our guests as we know how important vacation time is.

To celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary we enjoyed an Alaskan tour and cruise that ended in Vancouver. We began our five day stay in Vancouver on July 4, 2012 and we happily chose this rental. The online listing was very accurate and the accommodations were absolutely superb!!! Our unit 1506 was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. This unit has a fantastic view of the cityscape and the nearby snow capped mountains. The nighttime view was also great with the city lit up and the Sheraton Wall Center park lighting aglow. The area is very safe and we enjoyed walking to many of Vancouver’s attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. We also utilized one of the three hop on/hop off tour bus lines that stop at the adjacent Sheraton Wall Center. Clint & Shirley are very gracious, generous and accommodating hosts. Since we disembarked our cruise at 9:30 AM and unit 1506 was already vacated and cleaned they allowed us to check in early. Clint gave us tips on local stores so we could stock up the kitchen with food and beverages. Shirley called us after we had gotten settled in to inquire if we needed anything. On departure, since we had a lot of luggage Shirley and Clint offered us a ride to Vancouver Airport. I cannot say enough good things about Shirley, Clint and the comfortable condo they provided to make our Anniversary trip memorable. We will be staying at this unit on our next trip to Vancouver.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I were up from Seattle for a few days - I for work 1 day and then vacation and play the rest. This condo is in a fantastic location right downtown - couldn't have asked for better as far as ease of access and getting around. Just perfect. The place itself was very nice, very modern, clean, and well appointed. The building itself might a few years old, but the condo is definitively updated. The amenities of the facility are also great - took advantage of an excellent work-out facility as it is a part of the Sheraton. Just to paint a well balanced picture my only detraction (if you could call it that) is that it is small. It was fine for us and we didn't complain about it - more had a conversation between us like how could someone live here long term. Beyond that the hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Easily a bargain over a hotel room and well worth the money. Will stay again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: One of the best things here at the Sheraton Wall residences is that the building is commercial/hotel construction grade built of superior quality not like newer highrises today. This building is much quieter than the new buildings plus it has air conditioning where as most others do not. This studio condo has almost 500 sq feet and people do live in them year round. There are so many options in and around us so people really like the life style which makes living here so appealing. Just walk in any direction and one will see that we are truly in the heart of downtown and close to anything you would want or need.
