I spent a full week in this condo in Vancouver. The location is perfect and the apartment is clean and impeccably decorated with all of the amenities one could want. Shirley was a wonderful host, providing me with a friendly, detailed introduction to the place upon my arrival. She was always available if I needed anything but never intruded on my privacy as a tenant. I can't recommend my experience highly enough... it's an amazing apartment (with a killer view and a fantastic patio) and you can walk everywhere from this convenient location. Look no further and rent this place if it's available!

Great Location in Downtown Vancouver!

If you are looking for a beautiful condo in downtown Vancouver then this is the place! Secure building that is within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shoppes in the downtown core. We spent an entire day walking through Stanley Park and along the seawall. Lots of Photo Ops! Gastown is pretty cool to visit and Denman St. has something for everyone's palette. Granville Island is close by with an amazing market. If you feel like having a meal at the condo, no problem. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, etc.. The host's were excellent and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will stay here again on our next visit...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and this amazing condo. The property owners were so nice to deal with and called me to follow up to see if there was anything I would need. Wonderful Condo!

What a wonderful condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and the pictures listed are accurate. There is an amazing view from the living room, bedroom and balcony. You can access all the Sheraton facilities, its a quick walk to the next door hotel. The location of this condo really couldn't be better! Central downtown, two block walk from the shopping along Granville and Robson streets. We went to Granville Island numerous times - it's a quick walk down Hornby street to the Aquabus that takes you right there. We bike rode around False Creek and Stanley Park as well. There are many places to rent bikes close by at really reasonable rates. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this condo and owners! Clint and Shirley were awesome to deal with and were quick to answer any questions we had. Very highly recommend!

My wife and I recently travelled to Vancouver for our anniversary. Clint and Shirley were great in not only welcoming us to the condo, but making suggestions on things to do. They are responsive and at your service. The condo was amazing! It felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal and walking distances to many great places to eat. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and will keep Clint and Shirley in mind for our next trip up North!

Great location, good view, very clean

The owners were SO welcoming! They made us feel at home right away. There was an issue with the wi-fi which they resolved quickly so we could use our notebook computer. The location is great, it's a short walk or shorter cab ride to good food and shopping. Very clean and modern. Bed is very comfortable, lots of closet space. The floor-to-ceiling windows drew our attention right away and provided a distraction from my wife's nattering. Just kidding. When you visit, go to CinCin. Great spot, we'll be back.

Incredible view, great location!

We recently stayed in this condo on out trip to vancouver for 3 nights. It was really nicely decorated and had every amenity we needed. Clint and Shirley were great, when we checked in they took the time to explain everything to us, and even provided a map and book of walking tours. The condo is close to everything, including a grocery store and Robson street which is a couple of blocks away. Overall we had a great time, we would definitely stay there again!

Had an easy time working with the the owner's on reserving condo and entry/exit of the unit. Located in the busy business district downtown and an easy walk to everything. Saw 6 people in the building the entire time we were there. Used attached fitness gym & pool area daily. Unit was comfortable, contemporary and clean. Owner's were in constant contact with us making sure we had everything. Will definitely look at staying next time we are in the area. Thanks, Shirley.

the owners' description is spot on: appointments are comfortable and luxurious (the condo is a corner location on the 15th floor- we especially liked the wide view as well as the balcony), the kitchen is really nice and fully stocked for cooking meals, and the space is very functional. location was perfect for walking to downtown attractions/restaurants, and the "wall centre" has every amenity of a high end hotel. our experience absolutely beat a stay in any hotel room, and we were well taken care of by the owners throughout the experience from the first email until we left vancouver. thanks again shirley and clint!

Fabulous Condo, Great Location

We spent four nights at this wonderful condo in Vancouver. The location is perfectly situated to fabulous restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing activities. Shirley and Clint were great to work with, very communicative, helpful and responsive. The condo was very nicely appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and living room sofas, plenty of closet and drawer space, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrific bathroom. The owners graciously left beverages in the refrigerator, laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, toothpaste, and much more. We arranged for parking in the underground garage and found it very easy to access. We were so impressed and pleased with the care Shirley and Clint took to make our stay totally comfortable. Most importantly, the condo was clean, clean, clean! We are already planning our next visit to Vancouver and this wonderful condo. Next time we'll bring our bikes as several dedicated bike lanes run right past the condo and connect into Stanley Park and the other waterside bike trails. We highly recommend this property!

After doing much research for our stay in Vancouver, we decided to rent this vacation condo based on the comments written by previous guests and the beautiful photos. My concern was that the photos weren't current and the comments were overstated. My to my delight, I was totally wrong. The condo itself is stunning. It is extremely modern with all the conveniences needed. It is extremely clean and very well furnished with high end everything. You can tell much thought and effort has been put into this condo to make sure guests enjoy their visit. In addition, the location is perfect for whatever you want to do in Vancouver. You are close to everything including restaurants, biking, waterfront, etc. And the view is great with a corner balcony complete with table and chairs where you can sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The Wall Centre provides every amenity you would get at a high end hotel and then some including fitness center, pool, restaurants, etc . And, secured underground parking is available if needed at a very reasonable rate, especially for Vancouver. The owners, Shirley and Clint are the best. We've stayed at more than 75 vacation rentals and I don't know when we've met more dedicated owners wanting nothing more than for their guests to enjoy their visit. Clint helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the entire facility. Shirley was very responsive to any inquiries we had while planning our trip and offered ideas and suggestions once we arrived. We could not have asked for better owners. Bottom line is this is THE place to stay in Vancouver for so many reasons. Believe what you read and enjoy your visit!

I had the in-laws came from Japan to stay here for a week and they totally loved it. Communication with the owners was great and was totally better than getting a hotel. Facilities were great and easy to access and the location is very central to the many shopping districts around the area. A great stay!

My daughter and I spent a week in Vancouver and loved this condo. It is immaculate, modern, and well furnished. The location is perfect for walking to any downtown shops and restaurants. We did rent a car but could easily have walked or used the buses. Shirley was very helpful and available to assist us in any way. She called on several occasions just to make sure we had everything we needed. The refrigerator had bottles of water and juice and the bathroom had little travel toiletries. What a special welcome! I would definitely recommend this condominium to friends or relatives and if we are ever fortunate to return, we would stay there again! There was no noise, the bed was very comfortable, It was everything we could have wanted. Absolutely perfect. We visited Granville Island, Gastown, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Dundarave (recommend Dundarave Fish Rest), Peaceful Chinese (excellent), Stanley Park (bike in the early morning or late evening - it gets crowded), and take a bathing suit everywhere. That was one thing we didn't do and regretted. Thank you, Shirley for making our first visit so terrific. Can't wait to do it again!

Great central location close to everything and plenty of room for two!

This rental was perfect for my wife and I during our stay. The location is in the heart of downtown and only a few minutes (on foot) away from everything. We walked to the ferry that took us to Granville Island, we walked around Yaletown which is only a few blocks away, and we were able to walk to the waterfront and take in the bay with the mountains in the background. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants close by and the grocery store is only two blocks away in case you want to make dinner at home. It is a few blocks from a skytrain station and a fairly long walk from Stanley Park if that matters but it didn't for us. The condo itself was in great shape as well. The layout is spacious, the interior is high quality and the views are great. A side note: there is construction that is going on right now that might impact the view of the water from this condo in the future, but for now it has a great view of the city with the water in the backdrop. Clint and Shirley were welcoming and available whenever we had a question. I would recommend doing some research for restaurants upfront. Shirley had a few recommendations but there isn't a book of places from previous visitors like I have seen at other rentals. Overall we had a terrific time and this rental was a big part of the experience. It gives you all of the comforts of home with a great location to explore the city and beyond. I would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Condo was a great place for us to stay on our first trip to Vancouver. Was like having our own apartment in the city, with all the amentities we needed. In walking distance to all of the major city attractions/areas, including our favorite spot Gastown. Shirley and Clint were very accomodating, and are full of helpful information about the area. We can't wait to go back to Vancouver!

Our Ottawa headquartered company used the the condo while in Vancouver attending a week long investment symposium. It was just what I wanted - a home away from home while on the road. The location was ideal, downtown. The place spotless, quiet and well maintained. It just made life a lot easier and restful than contending with another hotel accommodation. We'll sure use it again and recommend highly.

Shirley and Clint were the perfect host and hostess. They greeted us upon our arrive, helped us park our rental car and settled us in after a very long day of travel. The condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures you see on the website is exactly what you get and then some. The condo is 15 floors up and has some great views of the city and water. Coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the small balcony is a must! My husband and I stay in VRBO's at least 2-3 times a year and this is one of the absolute best in cleanliness, decoration, quality of linens, comfortable king bed, extra toiletries, bottled water, juices, mocha coffees in the fridge, kitchen setup and location. You do not even need a car while staying at this condo and Shirley and Clint are always there to answer questions, recommend places to shop, eat and help in anyway they can.

This was the PERFECT rental for our weekend in Vancouver...great location, the room was pristine, and the staff was friendly! My wife and I used this condo on a recent business trip to Vancouver and were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and location of this condo. I was able to walk to all of my meetings downtown and my wife and I were able to stroll in the early evenings to Granville Island and to the water front at Burrard. We will unquestionably use this accomodation again when the opportunity arises.

My wife and I just completed a four night stay. As is attested to by the previous reviews, this condo is a great place to stay. The location could not be more convenient, and the furnishings are as nice (up-scale is a fitting description) as they appear in the photos. We are pretty self-sufficient, but Clint and Shirley were certainly available for any assistance we might have needed. I would recommend it to any couple or single visiting Vancouver.

This modern near new quality security apartment is centrally located and very suitable for business and vacation/tourism stays. Within a 5 minute walk of major Downtown shopping, as well as the Davie street & Yaletown shops/restaurants. A very spacious apartment with an outdoor balcony, the fittings and fixtures are of a high standard, beautiful towels & linens and comprehensive array of quality kitchen/dining utensils. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN THROUGHOUT! This apartment includes quality new dishwasher/washing machine/dryer/large two door fridge/iron & board, phones and free wi-fi etc. The owners (Shirley & Clint) take great pride in their hospitality and ensure their guests have everything needed to make their stay comfortable, even down to the little details such as toiletries, toothpaste, toothbrush, disposable razors, laundry detergent etc. Early check-in and late check-out was an added bonus for us (may not be available subject to other bookings).

A fantastic downtown Vancouver condo!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this modern and spacious condo in Vancouver. The location is excellent, right in downtown and very close to transport, restaurants, shopping & groceries. The Sheraton Wall complex the condo is in is very nice. The condo itself is spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly matches the photos. The bed was very comfortable and the condo is very quiet at night, high enough to be away from any street noise. Everything you need for your stay is at hand; washer, dryer, wifi, every conceivable kitchen implement. The supplied laundry detergent and toiletries is a really nice touch and very convenient. Shirley and Clint were great to deal with and promptly answered any questions we had when booking. This condo made for a fantastic base for our time in Vancouver and we highly recommend it.

Executive Air Conditioned Deluxe 1 Bd in Downtown Vancouver.. No Need to Look Anywhere Else.

We have traveled extensively this year from our home in Australia, and one of the highlights of our holidays, was the week we spent in Vancouver. We had booked this condo over the internet with Shirley, but whenever we sent an email, she answered within hours.. or less..from the "other side of the world". absolutely nothing was any trouble for Shirley & Clint, to the extent that they were on holidays in Las Vegas, and RETURNED especially to welcome & orientate us with their condo..Amazing .. We arrived on a Friday evening at 6 PM, at the Pacific Central Station and rang Shirley, to be told.."Stay where you are & I will pick you up.". really.. We don't have to catch a cab..NO. Within minutes she was there and took us to the condo & then spent an hour or so with us, making sure we knew everything about the condo, and how to operate all the appliance, etc. We then met Clint & they took us next door, to the Sheraton Wall Centre Fitness Club & provided us with the necessary keys for our unlimited number of entries to this facility. They provided us with a myriad of maps, information & books on everything you could possibly want to know about Vancouver & all its attractions, nearby restaurants, transport etc.. The condo is absolutely central to everything you could possibly need, including a very large, multi floor supermarket, only a couple of blocks away. .Taxi cabs & Public Transport at the door, trains within walking distance & a short walk to Canada Place, passing Robson Street, Granville Mall etc. on the way.. The condo was immaculately presented.. We could ask for nothing more. Everything that is presented in the advertising for this condo on the website, is absolutely correct..It is amazing.. If we had a question, Shirley & Clint were only a phone call away & on one occasion, arrived at the door while I was still on the phone to them... I could not speak more highly of Shirley, Clint, the condo and the proximity of it, to absolutely everything.. Whenever we holiday in Vancouver again, we wouldn't even dream of staying anywhere else, but in this condo.. We will certainly be telling everyone we know, to book this condo when staying in Vancouver..We look forward to catching up with Shirley & Clint, who just made our holiday in Vancouver such a pleasant and memorable experience...

Perfect downtown Vancouver stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo in Vancouver. It was the perfect downtown location with easy access to plenty of restaurants, entertainment and public transportation. Shirley and Clint were so friendly and helpful. Shirley met us in the lobby when we arrived and took us up to our condo to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was well equipped and very modern and there was even a drawer full of guidebooks, maps and dining/entertainment coupons! Everything we needed to feel right at home. The balcony was perfect for drinking a beer or glass of wine and taking in the gorgeous views and the king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is visiting Vancouver and wants to be centrally located with great amenities.

We absolutely loved the place

I am tentatively writing this review, as a selfish part of me doesn’t want to let too many people know about this property in case it gets fully booked in the future! We have been travelling for the last month or so and we have had the pleasure of stopping in some of the most beautiful places….nothing comes close to this apartment! As per other reviews, you get exactly what you see in the photos and then more. The place is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, it has all the major facilities and the views are not bad either! If you want to stay locally there is great little super market (‘market place’) and some fabulous restaurants nearby. Shirley and Clint have been great hosts and despite a transport disaster and a very late arrival, Clint offered to pick us up from the bus station and deliver us to the Condo. His generosity is further extended by the fact that he is taking us back for our onward travel tomorrow and it is little touches like this that make want to come back. We only stayed four nights, but are already planning our return and I would challenge anyone to find a better place with the same amenities, location all at a very reasonable price. We will be back! Excellent Centrally Located Condo

The condo is compact, functional, very clean and comfortable. Our hosts, Shirley and Clint couldn't have been more accommodating. Clint met us at the door and showed us around. He pointed out where we could go for groceries and recommended restaurants in the neighbourhood. He even drove us to the Tsawwassen Ferry so we could visit friends in Victoria. The hotel ammenities are just an added bonus. Everything is within walking distance for those who don't mind a good walk each day. Staying in a condo is so much nicer than being confined to a hotel room.

Excellent Place to Stay

My niece and I stayed here June 20-June 26. Clint met us at the front door, showed us around and answered all our questions about the city. He and Shirley made sure we had everything we needed. The building, facilities, and condo were absolutely beautiful. The listing description is true to form - the only thing, it really is so much more than the description. It is very clean, the perfect location, market a block away, theatre a block away, walked to Aqua Taxi which took us to GranVille Island, great restaurants in the area. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get - the bed is very comfortable, the view from the balacony is great, The unit was very clean - it is like brand new. I would recommend this unit to everyone - I was very very pleased and will definitely go back.

My wife and I recently stayed at this excellent condo in downtown Vancouver. It is really central and has all amenities close by and we couldn't have been more pleased. It had really great modern decor and all appliances were virtually new. We booked the condo online and communications with the owners was brilliant. As we were travelling from Scotland this gave us great piece of mind. Totally recommend to others and would definitely stay again when we next visit.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed there for 10 days in May, 2011 and were more than pleased. The condo had recently been renovated and everything was new and clean and worked. The location is right in the middle of downtown, has a great view, and you can walk to most places you might want to see. The owners were great hosts. Clint met us at the door when we arrived, brought us to our condo and gave us an orientation to the premises. He took some time to show us the immediate neighbourhood and recommeded one of the best restaurants we've been to . Shirley was very helpful and quickly saw to anything we needed. She checked in by phone a couple of times to make sure we were doing well and to arrange a mid-week cleaning of the premisies. We would go back there in an instant.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is just as lovely as the photos imply, but is even more impressive in person. The entire rear wall of the condo is glass, so we felt like we were in a beautiful treehouse with views of the city and ocean beyond. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. This condo is immaculate and was a lovely place from which to base our exploration of Vancouver. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset for our own private cocktail hour. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and gave very good restaurant recommendations and tips on the immediate area. I'll be recommending this condo to a friend who is traveling to Vancouver in a few months.

We stayed here for four weeks and found it a perfect home away from home. The condo is located in the heart of down town and is walking distance from all the shops and amenities you'd ever need. Shirley and Clint were excellent to deal with and very friendly, we will certainly try to work with them for future visits to Vancouver.

My husband and I spent the New Year's weekend at this amazing condo in downtown Vancouver. It was as the description promised and better! Shirley and Clint are fantastic hosts. We arrived much later than planned and they were gracious and understanding. They met us at the entrance of the building, helped with luggage and getting our car secured in the underground garage, then took us on a tour of the building, showing us all of the amenities. They gave us suggestions for dinner, then surprised us with a bottle of wine. Everything in the condo was topnotch. The bed was very comfortable and the linens soft. The bath towels are kept on a shelf over the tub and there's a light above the shelf which warms the towels - very cozy. The furnishings in the living room are comfy and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are water and city views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom. The weather was very clear when we were there and we could see for miles. Once out of the condo, you are near everything. We had a car but didn't need it, except to drive back home. Shopping, restaurants, Granville Island, museums, etc., etc. If you take one of the little bubble boats to Granville Island, ask to be taken on the "tour" around the harbor, if you have the time. It's a bit more money, but definitely worth it. We recommend this condo to anyone who wants great value for the price. Thanks Shirley and Clint. . . we'll be back!

We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time that we returned for the second time. Great location, everything is in walking distance or a short cab ride away. The condo was very spacious, well equipped, modern and most important quiet. Shirley and Clint are an absolute pleasure, very kind and always helpful. See you two soon. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay...the unit was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need for a short stay. The property managers were incredibly helpful and accommodating. A nice two-level grocery store and the wine mart were a block away. Walking distance to Robson Street and the Convention Center/Waterfront. Will be back and will recommend to our friends.

As this guest has experience from this location people can walk everywhere 10 to 15 minutes as were are in the midst of everything downtown. Just go in any direction and one will find excellent restaurants, bars, stores, entertainment, interesting things to do. Just walk 4 blocks and hop on to the sea bus and go to Granville Island. Rent a bicycle and bike over to Stanley Park. Walk to Gastown or Yaletown. Walk to the best restaurants for dinner. Go to one of the many coffee shops and have a drink and people watch. We have the best best location and condo is very beautiful.
