Enjoy this two bedroom two bath villa with a loft for extra quests. One King, two fulls in the main bedrooms. New kitchen with laundry facilities and convenient eating area help make this a relaxing vacation. Sliders from the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom bring lots of light. Downstairs there is a small patio with seating for 4 and upstairs there is a deck off the bedroom.
(Feb 2012) We are upgrading and renovating the entire property.Both bathrooms are completely renovated and updated. All woodwork, walls newly painted, lighting , fixtures and fans will be included in project.. New hardwood and ceramic flooring will replace existing floors while the bedrooms will still be carpeted.
Walk to beach, Tennis, Trent Jones Golf, Dunes House Restaurant, Marriot Hotel, Alexanders Restaurant.
Don't forget to rent a bike (also within walking distance) There are lots of bike paths plus the beach is a fun place for biking.
Walk straight ahead and within about 2 minutes you are at the beach.
As you can see, no need for a car and you will hopefully spend many hours with sand on your feet and wind in your face.

Last summer we chose to go to Hilton Head for the first time and stayed at this property. Our vacation was one of the best ever!!!! We had such a wonderful time and this place was just WONDERFUL!! Thanks for allowing us to stay, it was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I am a professional in the healthcare field and my wife is a realtor. We are originally from New York City and Ohio collectively and it is amazing how two different cultures love the same place. We feel Hilton Head is our second home and not one time are we not disappointed to leave. We work very hard at our jobs but find a way of constantly upgrading our properties and treat them as our primary homes. Our lives are very different as I take the athletic side and my wife loves the ocean and shopping. Red wine always awaits for us in the evening followed by a great meal, retire early for another great next day. Our Golden Retriever, Bagger Vance, loves the Beach and we see a whole new dog when we come down. Our lives are eventually to move down here but for now it is always a desire.

We looked all over Florida for the combination of Golf, Tennis and ocean. Every place in Florida had these amenities but in distances that made it a hassle to get to. Here in Hilton Head, within minutes every activity you want to do is close by. It is a quiet island, strictly watched and guided by boards to make sure that all expectations and upgrading of property is kept at a high standard. We expect it as well as vacationers to this Island. Palmetto Dunes, every year has been ranked as one the top Family Resorts in the Country in its Class. We wanted to make sure when we come that every one has the same respect for each others vacation.

Every Morning we have our favorite cup of coffee and walk to the beach. It is truly expansive and breathtaking. Just lets you forget the struggles that your home life produces and lets you forget about life for a while. From here as the sun rises, it is a great start to a new day. Golf, tennis, long walks on the beach, bike riding, Hilton Head is a paradise for vacationers that truly want to relax. There are very few places that offer this lifestyle. You really need to know Hilton Head and not expect a Myrtle Beach.
