This beautifully appointed condo is a corner unit, one building back with the advantage of both a splendid view of the ocean and a direct view of the large pool below. Walk past the pool to the beach.
Clearwater Beach is known for its white, silky sands and pristine beauty, and the beach here is quiet, scenic and clean - great for sunbathing, walking, running, making sand castles with the kids, taking quiet evening strolls, and watching the spectacular sunsets.
This second floor, WALK-UP, two bedroom, two bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in an eight unit building. There are no steets to cross for beach access. Special features include:
*Reserved, covered parking for you (hard to come by on the beach) and even guest parking if needed.
*Sleeps 6 to 8 plus - There is a king bed, a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, and two Coleman camp beds/cots that could accommodate children.
*Five minute walk to the Clearwater Beach Pier and all the action there including weekend concerts, a huge playground for the kids, snack bars, music, and other free entertainment
*Short walk to the Clearwater Marina where you can charter a boat for off-shore or deep sea fishing or just walk down in the afternoon to see what the fishing boats caught that day. The marina and other nearby locations also offer various types of cruises - dinner and dancing cruises, gambling cruises, dolphin encounter cruises, sunset cruises and even a pirate cruise with "real" pirates and shooting canons!
*On the trolley line that can take you all over the beach and other nearby locations
*Rental is by the week (most condos on Clearwater Beach have a monthly minimum stay) or by the month.
*30 minutes from Tampa International Airport
*Close to all the great beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions. *90 minutes to Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, and Sea World
*1 hour, 40 minutes to Kennedy Space Center
*30 minutes to Busch Gardens (excellent local theme park), and Adventure Island (local water park)
We live in Tarpon Springs (20 minutes away) so we are close by and have local knowledge you can draw on if needed. We are also members of the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce. As your hosts, we want to make your stay absolutely perfect so you can call us anytime with questions, concerns or special needs/requests.

The condo was beautiful and was exactly as described on this site. We had no trouble getting into the storage area, which was fully stocked with beach goodies! Our family enjoyed the view, the pool, the location, the amenities, even the video games! We will return to this unit, hopefully next year! Thanks again for making this an unforgettable vacation destination!

I loved the condo, it was beautiful but I was very unhappy because it says that there is a storage unit with beach things provided. The storage key did not work the storage unit. We tried several times to reach the owner and the only time he responded was to say try the key again. I tried my husband tried. We are intelligent people and we know how to use a key. It was quite frustrating because we did not bring any of our beach things with us. He never offered to come with a new key or to respond with any help at all. The first contact was the first day and then no response to my email or phone calls there after. Very disappointing. We would have loved to make this our regular go to place every year. Everything else was perfect to its description.

We spent a brilliant 3 weeks here during Christmas & New Year 2003. A great deal of effort was made to make us feel welcome and our 3 year old daughter absolutely loved the "fish" bedroom. We would love to return one day. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at your condo. The view was great and the beach was even better. We were surprised how new and clean everything was. The location was great. There were many restaurants and small shops within walking distance. We can't thank you enough for all the little extras you provided such as beach chais, laundry facilities, and the wealth of information on the area. We plan on coming back and will recommend your condo to all of our friends. A+
