  Stayed with a group of 5 adults. The condo was very spacious Pictures are spot on. The condo has everything you will need for your stay, just bring the food. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the whales, bring binoculars. One of the best views at the Outrigger. The 4 building units of 16 makes it a very cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Lahaina was only 10 minutes away for shopping, groceries and restaurants. Also, great restaurants at Napili. Harlan responses quickly to all question. Would recommend this unit for all.

  We had a terrific one-week vacation at this property in Dec. 2012. Can't say enough about the terrific location - steps from the beach where we saw turtles and seals, kids were able to boogie board, beach comb and snorkel right there. Very fun restaurants, fish market, and farmers market right down the road. This owner was great to work with (we were first time VRBO users and had a VERY positive experience). The condo was huge and accomodated our group of 9 perfectly. Bonuses included the well-stocked beach closet, TVs in the rooms, and very friendly neighbors. We would return in an instant!

  The condo was clean, well appointed, and well decorated. My wife and I and our 3 children enjoyed it very much. The location could not have been better. Literally steps from a well maintained pool and steps from a delightful beach. The views were wonderful, the location quiet and relaxing, but still very close to all the activities of Kanapali and Laihaina.

  Condo is very nicely finished and has the amenitites to make it like home. We stayed Monday thru Sunday and enjoyed the entire time. No crowds to deal with and the views are fantastic. I would highly recomend this property for anyone. We had 8 adults and never felt cramped. Only draw back was the airconditioning unit in upstairs bedroom didnt work. Fortunatly we had a breeze to keep it cool.

  We really loved this condo! Fabulous location, really nice and roomy condo, and the balcony is great. I do wish there was some more comfortable patio furniture out there, but what was there was serviceable. The bedrooms were great, the kitchen is really nice and well stocked, and it was great to have TVs in the bedrooms. The owner's closet was also a plus. In fact, we bought and left a large canopy/beach tent in there for other guests, which we hope to come back and use again!

  We had two of our children and their wives spend two weeks with us in this condo. We had plenty of room and it was well equipted. The kitchen had everything we needed and was beautiful. The area is great for sight seeing and Kanapoli beach is nearby. We enjoyed luas, deep sea fishing, and whale watching. A great place to stay.

  We recently returned home after spending two weeks at this condo. We had all our kids and grandkids with us and a total of 7 adults and two babies were in the condo. There was lots of room for everyone. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The Beach locker had all anyone would need for a day at the beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids. The owner Harlan, was very easy to deal with and helpful in providing suggestions on where to rent items for the babies (ie high chairs and pack and play). He quickly responded (within 2 hours) when we had a problem with the kitchen drain not draining and the issue was fixed immediately. The photographs do not do justice to this condo. The view is outstanding, and is right on the ocean. This condo is actually the closest one of the 4 buildings to the ocean. The bedrooms are large and well laid out. We stayed in an oceanfront in Kihei last year and thought we might have been spoiled but this unit lived up to it in every way. Even though there were 4 buildings of 4 condos each, we never felt that the pool area or beach area was too crowded. The BBQ's were always available for our use. And the other guests were very friendly. Although the weather did not fully cooperate during our stay, the facilities were terrific. The pool was a little cold for the babies (74 degrees) as it is not heated and relies on sun to warm it up. Because we had very few sunny days it never seemed to warm up however you can't control the weather. When we next visit Maui, this unit would definitely be one I would check into. Thank you Harlan for allowing us to use your home away from home.

  The description & pictures were accurate & the beach area beautiful. We saw a lot of whales daily. Very clean & well maintained. We were near Lahaina, which was exactly where we wanted to be. Enough space for 6 adults. We are recommending this property to our friends that are thinking of visiting Maui...& we will be back!

  If you, like myself, came to Maui to relax in luxury without all the touristy flare than this is the spot to stay. Watched the sunset every night on the back porch with a pebble-throw away from the beach- heaven. This place is peaceful and quiet, nice pool, bbq area and makes you feel like a local. Love how the place is very open and has great climate control. Highlights are the beautiful kitchen area, huge showers, and comfy beds, not to mention it was CLEAN. Writing this review is probably bad for me because now I have to compete with more people to book it again! Mahalo Kahana

  Our entire party (6 adults, 1 child) thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Maui, and our stay in your Hawaiian home. Thank you for sharing it with us. We loved the layout and spaciousness of your condo, and were pleasantly surprised at all the extra sunlight that came through with the numerous skylights. The renos that were done look great, especially the kitchen, simply beautiful! We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning, where we could see whale spouts, and the occasional breach. We were even treated to a beautiful rainbow over the island of Molokai. You really do have one of the best units on the property! The locker downstairs is really wonderful - everything you'd want to have in Maui, but without bringing it with you! Thank you for sharing these items with your guests! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you!
