We just returned from a family vacation at Sturgeon Bay. The pictures are kind of dark to see but the furnishings were in excellent condition and the house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had 10 in our group plus some day visitors, what a great place for a family gathering. The view from the upper floor and deck is really what you come to Lake Michigan to see. The beach was just miles of the most unique plants and wildlife you will see. Being next to the Wilderness Park was great, so quiet at night and in the early morning hours. The sunsets were amazing and the stars were breathtaking. The water was so warm we swam every day. The outside shower is the best. It is so nice to be able to get all of that sand off before you head in the house. We went to Legs Inn Sunday night, it was so much fun, plus the food is so good. Marc the owner is a great host. He is more than willing to offer suggestions for a great time. I suggest you at least try Grape Hill. Even if you can't make it to the top it is so fun to try. If you come here, you will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
