Waterfront condo on Lake Chelan, ground floor end unit with loft (Big water view right in front of the patio). Bldg 1 closest to the sandy beach area, dock and boat ramp on property. 900 ft of waterfront and just 2 miles from town. 6 lighted tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room. 5 pools and outdoor jacuzzi. Our buoy is included with rental, ($20.00 value) look at your boat as you relax on your patio. Boat and jet ski rentals on the property. Queen in bedroom with large dresser, 32' LCD with DVD, IPOD alarm clock, bathroom has double sinks with new granite countertops, full size washer and dryer. Loft has new queen size bed, with dresser. Kitchen has new granite with tropical yellow sinks. Has everything you want for cooking. Kitchen open to living room with dining table (seats 6) queen sofa sleeper with 37' LCD TV, DVD player, large sliding doors out to the patio that has outdoor furniture with 1 lounge chairs. Patio connects with beautiful lawn gradually sloping to the sandy beach for swimming.
Town is only 2 miles away with lots of shopping, restaurants and a Safeway, Starbucks and a Walmart a couple minutes from downtown. Waterslide park is 3 miles away. 16 wineries in the area. Enjoy a limo tour to the wineries. Chelan valley is now part of the AVA, many wineries serve food and a few have full restaurants. Water temperatures in July thru early September can be as warm as 74 degrees.
Winter boasts sunny skies with Mission Ridge 50 minutes away, or Cross country skiing 20 minutes up the road. Snowmobiling, Lake Chelan has been voted #1 place to Snowmobile in Washington state, with 200 miles of groomed trails (Google Echo Ridge in Chelan). Martin Luther King weekend is the Fire and Ice Festival, 2 weeks around Valentine's Day Wine and Chocolate at all the wineries. Great golf courses (Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course, Lake Chelan Golf Course and Desert Canyon Golf course is a scenic drive down the Columbia River. Google activities in Chelan.

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan and we can´t wait to get back. Your condo had all we wished for, great location and a really nice waterfront patio where we enjoyed many dinners. Great weather and many nice wineries to visit, we really liked Tsillian Cellars. We had such a great time in your condo and our kids loved your outdoor sport toys. Thanks for sharing!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Lake Chelan is our favorite place to go. We love the location of our condo and are glad you enjoyed it so much. Our daughter got married at Tsillan Cellars in 2010 so we have to say it is our favorite winery too.

We had the best time at your slice of paradise on beautiful Lake Chelan. The weather cooperated for the most part and it was so peaceful. We loved taking early morning walks around the beautifully manicured resort. Your condo is decorated so nice. Our daughter loved the loft. It was everything we wished for. We hope to be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nice location, nice view of lake from condo. Very comfortable, and in February it was very quiet. Nice accomodations. We enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: Thanks for your comments. When you sent the e-mail you mentioned that your favorite winery was Benson Winery. We like Benson, but the next time you come to Chelan you need to check out Tsillan Cellars. Great view and beautiful grounds. We have not visited all of the wineries yet. I think there are 16 now. The best months are April-October.

Thanks for sharing your condo. We enjoyed the tennis courts, swimming pools, horseshoes and of course the Lake. Great location. The water is tropical colored like Hawaii. Julie&David---Thank you for sharing your condo. You have it decorated so nice and stocked so well. That made the stay very convenient.Was great to look everyday out the patio windows and see the beautiful view of the lake. We feel any one who is lucky enough to stay here will enjoy the condo as much a we did. We liked the location of you condo also and ground level was also nice. We hope to come back again when we can. About the owner: My husband has a concrete business near Redmond Washington and I work part time for an Asphalt Company in Issaquah WA. We purchased our condo in 1999 and have loved coming here many times with family and friends. We have not rented our unit much but have decided to share our home with others to enjoy our tropical paradise. Lake Chelan's pristine waters remind us of the tropical waters in Hawaii. Our 3 kids love coming here, especially in the summer for swimming, fishing and boating. We love it so much we recently decided to buy another condo at the Lake House in downtown Chelan.
Why the Owner Chose Chelan:
We would like to retire here someday and have always loved coming to Chelan on our vacations.
