The apt was great, nice to have parking on site. The doormen were very professional and friendly. When we got there the cleaning lady was still working and she did a nice job. We decided to go and purchase our own pillows because the ones they had looked kind of nasty and I'd maybe think about replacing the futon with a nice pull out couch for aesthetics only but other than that we would definately stay again. Great price and location!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights (July 26-28). It was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. The building is spotless and the doormen where so helpful! I will definately recommend this place and look forward to my next visit! Thanks Tim!

My family & I opened the apartment door and were greeted with a musty used smell. The floors and walls were dirty, bathtub not clean & grout moldy. The linen closet smelly, and the old thin bed sheets did not fit the bed & and had a hole. It was difficult to keep the rooms cool enough with both air units going on high cool. We kept bottled water in the refrigerator but did not use the kitchen otherwise. Even though I did some cleaning were never comfortable in the apartment. The door-men & desk-men were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The lobby and courtyard were lovely. There is a nice view of the city from the bedroom windows, Bring your eye-shades because the curtains are not adequate or non-existent for the city lights. I'd say keep looking and find another apartment for your NY stay. I cannot recommend this apartment and would not come back.

This apartment was in the perfect location. We were a couple of blocks from time square and the theater district. Less than a block from subway access. Great restaurants in the area. The views out the windows were great. It could use some TLC. It needs to be painted and some of the furnishings are not in great condition. We would still come here again.

We spent 6 nights here in December 2010 - it is close to everything you need, the views from the bedrooms are amazing. The unit had everything we needed (although a curtain in the 2nd bedroom would have been good). Thanks for a great stay.

We just returned from NYC with our two teenage daughters and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance (restaurants, Times Square, subway, theatre district, grocery, bakery) We drove to NYC and parked our car in the lot that was attached to the apartment building and felt very safe and secure with the lot and the apartment. The apartment was quiet and clean and the doormen were extremely nice. The only thing I can think of to improve on is that the lighting in the bedrooms wasn't the greatest and I would of liked for there to be more washcloths & towels or at least access to the laundry facilities so that we could do some laundry but we managed to get by just fine and it really wasn't that big of a deal (who wants to do laundry on vacation anyway!!). I will... and have recommended this place to all my friends. We can't wait to go back!! Thanks Tim for working with us on our stay.

The apartment could do with a few hundred dollars' worth of improvements - proper curtains on all windows; decent lighting; fixing a few small items that are broken; a quick "Welcome to the Property" guide sheet. It's annoying that such things have not been done because they are quick and simple to achieve. But . . . these are marginal items compared to the overall excellent nature of this apartment: fabulous views, a nice building and door staff, and a location that could hardly be bettered: a nice neighbourhood, lots of restaurants around; just five minutes from Times Square; a subway stop at the end of the road - and cross 8th Ave to get the E train out to connect the AirTrain for JFK. Most merciful of all, the beds were good and the apartment was really quiet. NY may be the city that never sleeps, but you won't have to follow suit. Without any real problems we managed to sleep four in the apartment. Overall, this was a great place to stay. I would very highly recommend it, and would certainly use it again.

We just return from NYC and stayed at this apartment for 1 full week between May 22 - 29. The unit comes with almost everything to you need. A few things missing were an ironing board and some lamps on both bedrooms. It was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The doorman and the front desk person were very helpful and polite. You couldn't ask for a better location than this apartment. The subway station is literally within the same block, Times Square is only 2 blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants, Starbucks, cafes, convenient stores within 1 or 2 blocks radius. The view from both bedrooms was breathtaking. Tim (the owner) was very prompt and helpful. He allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived at 7.30 AM. IWe will definitely stay at this unit again on our next trip to NYC.

We stayed here for two weeks in Jan 08, and now we will be staying again in a few days. This place has all the amenities you could want. Walking distance to everything! Most awesome NY views. Thanks again Tim.

We stayed a week in the apartment in January 2009 and found the location excellent, travelling with 2 teenagers. The doormen were very helpful and friendly. The apartment had spectacular views and was very comfortable, apart from a few drawbacks - firstly the lighting in the apartment is very bad, one small light in the second bedroom, inadequate bedside lights in the main bedroom and dim lighting in the loungeroom. Not possible to read in bed at night. There was no hot water to have a bath with, we could shower but the water was not really hot. The dining table was broken and two of the chair backs were missing. So while the position and location were fantastic, the apartment itself could do with a bit of attention - a few reading lamps, fix the chairs, make sure there is enough hot water. They are not big issues but would certainly improve the stay.

I traveled from Australia with my wife and two grown up children for my 50th birthday November 2008. I booked this apartment online and to be honest I was a little concerned not having seen the apartment apart from the pictures on this site. Well I can say it was a great relief to arrive at this apartment building to very friendly doorman and just a great building. The apartment is homely and felt good as soon as we walked in, the views are great and everything you need for a comfortable stay is supplied. I also loved the location literally a short walk to Times Square, just down 43rd st in the other direction are some great places for breakfast, there is a food emporium if you want to get some supplies. All in all I had an awesome time in NYC the apartment was excellent and the building a very friendly one.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. Roght in the heart of Mnahattan, walking distant to plays, Central Park, the subway, and fantastic restaurants. Apartment was completely furnished, and the views from the windows is indescribable. I would and will recommend this rental to anyone who wants to experience the New York City experience.

The views from the condo were spectacular. Nicely appointed condo with all the comrforts of home. It's nice not to have to eat out every meal. Thanks again.

HI TIM, JUST LETTING YOU KNOW THAT WE ALL HAD A BRILLIANT TIME VISITING NEW YORK. YOUR APARTMENT COULD NOT BE BETTER PLACED AS ALL THE CITY ATTRACTIONS WERE IN EASY REACH .THE HOP ON HOP OFF BUSSES GOT SOME STICK, AS WE WERE ON THEM NEARLY EVERY DAY. WE HAVE ALL SAID HOW MUCH WE WANT TO RETURN SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE AS THERE IS STILL PLENTY TO SEE AND DO.THE DOORMEN WERE THE BEST DOORMEN IN NEW YORK AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL .OLIVER OUR SON WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE IRISH PUB UP ON 7TH AVE, FROM THE VERY FIRST NIGHT THE MANAGER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO ALLOW HIM TO HAVE A BEER WHICH MADE HIS HOLIDAY.AS WE WERE VERY AWARE THAT YOU CANNOT DRINK UNTIL YOU ARE 21, SO HE THOUGHT THERE WAS LITTLE CHANCE OF BEING ALLOWED TO SIT IN A BAR IN NEW YORK, HIS MATES WERE VERY IMPRESSED WHEN HE TOLD THEM. SAW A FEW FILM STARS ,MODELS AND POPSTARS FLOATING ABOUT.IN A NUTSHELL IT WAS INCREDIBLY EXCITING AND TOTALLY DIFFERENT TO THE VERY SLOW PACE OF LIFE WE LIVE AT HOME. LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT, WISHED IT LASTED LONGER . HOPE IN THE FUTURE TO USE YOUR PLACE AGAIN IN NEW YORK SO PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU CHANGE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS .INTERESTING TO SEE YOU HAVE ANOTHER APARTMENT ACROSS THE ROAD HAS IT THE SAME LAYOUT OR IS IT DIFFERENT. USE THIS E-MAIL ON YOUR WEB SITE IF IT HELPS ATTRACT CUSTOMERS. ALL THE VERY BEST CHARLES
