What a beautiful place to get married! I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay with a family. We were comfortable with as many as 12 people staying together. It was clean and easy to keep that way. The two-year old and the octogenarian seemed equally pleased with our accommodations. We had the pool and hot tub heated and it was well worth it. The owner was great - available to answer any questions that weren't already covered in the helpful binder of information we found on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Thank you. Our family was very excited to stay at this house because the pictures were beautiful. It certainly lived up to the pictures! The house was absolutely beautiful and Marc was awesome. We called him twice and he responded immediately to our questions. We had 6 adults and 4 kids in the home and had plenty of room. The kids loved the kayaks on the bay!! Our only recommendation would be some additional televisions and Marc said they are already on the way. Would highly recommend it and have already sent the link to several of my friends. Would stay there again in the future. Thanks Marc for such a lovely home!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved the location on the Bay. Found more shells than I ever have right in the back yard beach. The swimming pool to ourselves was great also. The master bedroom upstairs has a shower with 8 jets and two shower heads that sprayed on you which felt so good all over. Like getting a massage. The balcony upstairs has a great view. Downstairs kitchen was huge. Living room was nice to relax and watch movies. Brought some of our own. But can purchase movies from the Tv. The owner had answered questions we had thru email. And concerns we had were taken care of. So overall a great vavcation. Just disappointed the poles weren't in working condition.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

What an experience! I felt like we were living in a dream world! There are so many great things to say, so I'll just start listing them: opening the glass doors and letting all the warmth and breeze in was so inviting; the kitchen was a dream...the stove top was a little tricky, but we got the hang of it; all the bathrooms were extremely helpful; while I didn't get into the pool or hot tub, the "young" people of our group spent a great deal of time enjoying the spa-like feel; I thoroughly enjoyed the landscaping...there were different types of palm trees on the lot and flowers in bloom...a tropical getaway for certain; our group enjoyed the kayaks and even fished from them; yes, fish were caught; clams were even dug up out of the sand in the bay and on our final night we had a fish and clam bake...YUM!; well-worth the money to stay in this luxurious home. It was a wonderful place to spend a week with all of my family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home was absolutely the place to take a super vacation . Even though it had a great private beach area and you only had to wade out a few feet for great Sarasota Bay fishing , if you wanted other types of recreation it was only minutes to the gulf beaches , downtown , and the airport . This was a safe and friendly vacation area . The property maintenance , landscape , and pool staff were excellent in responding to all the upkeep of this home . The kitchen was amazing with a huge dinning table that really added to a family style vacation atmosphere .The built-in espresso machine was the added "touch of class " every vacation home should have . The evenings were spent in the hot tube and pool enjoying the brilliance of the starlite sky. Can't wait to do it again !Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My son and his new bride had their wedding in Sarasota and our huge family had to travel here from all over the States. From the moment we walked in - until the moment we left, our stay in this house was magical. It was a beautiful home, stunning view and comfortable stay for 16++ of us (We had young ones who stayed in the porta-cribs - which were already there!). It was amply suppied with all the needs of our large family. Fishing was great, swimming was better, and relaxing on the patios/balconies was the best. The owner and his staff were accomodating, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good about our stay! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants to "get away from it all" and enjoy the Beautiful Bay in Sarasota!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

From the instant you walk into this house... all of your worries seem to disappear.. We stayed at the home with 14 people. This house is fantastic and is one of the only new houses on the water I have ever seen with a living area and two bedrooms on the ground floor!!! This was perfect for the older ones in our group!!! We loved the morning kayak adventures and the afternoon fishing in front of the home while others enjoyed the hot tub… The house was extremely clean and we did not run into any problems during our stay. The view from the master bedroom upstairs is.... breathtaking... The water in front of the home progressively gets deeper and was perfect for the kids to run around in! We had a great vacation. The house is modern and well equipped. Lots of space and very nice location by the seaside. Pool and outside areas are very nice to relax at during the sunny Florida summer days. Only issue was slow response, little info and some lack of maintanance from the owner.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: This issue has been resolved. Emails are now ALWAYS treated within 24 hours and we have a brand new AMAZING maintenance crew taking care of the home ;)

If you have a large group/family, want access to water(Sarasota Bay), want access to a large variety of activities(Sarasota), need a spacious, modern home with yard and pool, with a terrific customer oriented owner, then this is your place. A good time is a guarantee, for all ages. Overall rating? Six stars. Have fun!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a group of 14 staying at the house and we could not have asked for a better place. The house is very spacious and the decor is contemporary and comfortable. The floorplan of the house is great for a large group and we especially enjoyed spending nights in the patio. The private beach and view of Sarasota Bay were amazing as were the sunsets. The owner was very pleasant to work with and made sure the caretaker met us on time upon our arrival and departure. If you are looking for a beautiful and spacious house in Sarasota that is close to great dining and recreational activities, be sure to keep this one on your list.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The house is huge, very new and modern. It is incredibily roomy and open. There aren't any pictures of the inside of the house but trust me it is just amazing. We had two families staying here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fishing was great and the boys had a wonderful time with the kayaks. We spent days in the pool and nights in the hot tub. It was an incredible vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better house. The owners and service people were great and very easy to deal with. We extended our stay at the last minute without any issues.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
