Our Villa is a luxury pool home with four bedrooms, tastefully decorated, fully air conditioned, providing a haven after those wonderful days at the parks, golf courses, fishing adventures or shopping experiences! It has a first floor queen master bedroom, upstairs there is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and fourth bedroom has twin beds so the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The living area is spacious with an open floor plan, including dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is an outdoor sitting area on the lanai (pool deck)south facing, together with sun recliners. The villa property backs on to a peaceful conservation area and therefore is not overlooked from properties to the rear.

Located just off of Poinciana Blvd. There is a Super Walmart nearby for all your vacation needs.

Driving time to Disney is 8-10 minutes. To reach Disney you simply turn right out of the resort turn left onto 192 and it will take you straight to Disney.
