Rosa Hermosa is a 2 year old luxury community situated a 6 to 7 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach.Our unit is a fully furnished, 1148 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with full kitchen,breakfast bar and 3 balconies.Everything is new.Stainless steel appliances,stove, fridge, microwave,coffee maker,blender, hair dryer...you name it and its there....right down to the cork screw! In suite washer and dryer, AC in bedrooms and living room,flat screen TV,cable with 100 channels, Bule Ray/DVD player, WIFI and much more.Solid mahogany doors and trim,Italian porcelain tile throughout, modern fixtures,extra linens, beach towels,balcony with a pool view...seriously.......just bring your toothbrush!

We take all the hassles out of your vacation. Our shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at the airport for $40.00 each way. 15-20 minutes and you are there. My property manager will meet you at the unit, check you in and answer any questions you might have while you are there.
Groceries and alcohol are about the same cost as Canada. San Juan Plaza is about 10 minutes away and our shuttle will take you there for a very reasonable fee. In town there is a grocery store at El Dorado Plaza. Twice a day a fruit truck comes by and you can get all the fresh fruit you need and fresh fish and lobster.There is a pharmacy close by for any items you may have forgotten
Heading to the beach?...Head down to Presidential Suites and walk to the beach. There you will find lounge chairs and beds all for your use..all for free. The Moon Restaurant sells drinks and food and there are washrooms there as well.Just grab the suntan lotion and a towel and you are all set. At the beach you can arrange for all motorized water sports, deep sea fishing etc...all prices are negotiable. There is local shopping all along the beach
Hungry.....7 or 8 restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Streets are well lit and safe.
There is a casino within walking distance if you are interested
Interested in a golf trip with your friends?
Golf at Cocotol is a 5 minute ride away and reasonably priced and there are 7 other courses within 20 to 25 minutes
Shopping.....Palma Real is the major air-conditioned indoor mall with lots of stores to choose from. Plaze Friusa and El Dorado are good as well and walkable.
Most places accept $US but pesos are handy as is a credit card. There are banks in town if you want to exchange money.
This is a great place to spend a vacation with family or friends. Just relax or be as busy as you want with none of the hasstles of the all-inclusives.
You won't be dissapointed......guaranteed.

Had a wonderful time. Everything was well taken care of and available. The grounds are beautiful. There are many nice restaurants close by with great service. As a Senior - everything is close by. Even my grand daughter (1 yr. old) enjoyed the pool very much. Loved the onsite BBQ for inhouse dinners as well. Thanks very much Jeff for sharing your home with us. Having travelled to Punta Cana several times, this recent trip was just a beautiful, relaxing getaway experience! The resort shuttle met us at the airport and was on time and friendly. We asked to stop along the way for groceries, and the driver was happy to oblige and helped us right to the door with groceries and luggage. Checking in was very easy. The condo is spacious and clean with quality, comfortable furniture. The amenities are well covered for a real home away from home experience in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and spacious and there is separate (and quiet!!) air conditioning in each room. The pool was clean and large for enjoying laps in the morning, and has a section for smaller children as well. A quiet, secure community and the people in the neighboring condo units were very friendly. We completely loved the location, with easy access to the beach and just steps away to the pool. It is really a 6 minute walk to the oceanfront and at a casual pace!! There are many restaurant options within walking distance and the surrounding area is safe. I felt very comfortable walking in daytime and evening. Prices were extremely good for a nice dinner out! Overall, this Condo is true to the word for amenities, services and location. The owner was very good to work with for any questions as well.
