We call her 'At Seaside' and she is a beautifully appointed, fully air conditioned condo just steps to the pool, a wide 2 mile stretch of unspoiled sandy beaches washed by the aquamarine colored ocean waters. Seaside is one of 24 privately-owned condos enclosing the pool on 3 sides with the ocean view on the 4th side. The ocean view is to the west and provides a wonderful view of the sunsets and the distinctive island of Saba. 'At Seaside' is close to supermarkets, theaters, restaurants, gift shops, clubs and yet offers the peace and quiet for a rejuvenating Caribbean getaway. Our 4 night stay at Seaside condo was perfect. It was wonderful to have Mary meet us at the corner when our taxi pulled up and to show us around the immaculate condo. I was thrilled to see that the condo was so well stocked and the linens and towels were all freshly laundered! (The bed is soooo comfortable!) The patio was perfect for our breakfasts and afternoon cocktails after walking gorgeous Simpson Beach and dipping in the pool. Thank you for the beach chairs and beach towels which we put to good use! It was so relaxing to be able to walk a few yards on the beach to find two restaurants.....what a lovely surprise. Seaside condo was more than we expected......so quiet and totally relaxing. Hope to come back some day! Thank you Mary and Richard for everything!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Where to start??? First, Palm Beach condos are utterly charming and our unit was lovely-spacious with a fantastic kitchen-you could cook as much or as little as you wanted. Being able to use your computer easily was a plus,too. The bedroom and adjacent bathroom were well supplied and very comfortable and the huge walk-in shower was delightful. There's also a shower outside to get the sand off your feet-very convenient. We even found the presence of the powder room helpful! Being able to walk out your slider to a beach chair next to the pool was very nice but couple that with a few more steps to the sand and warm Caribbean Sea was utterly heaven!!! The owner also provided many helpful suggestions regarding restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. These were very much appreciated especially because he stressed those within walking distance! Thanks, Richard for all your helpful suggestions and ideas! Also, they were most helpful with any questions or concerns, as was their local manager. All in all, it's one of the nicest places I've visited and will definitely come back next year. Have already showed pics to friends and raved about our stay in this wonderful unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
