    We recently stayed at Villa Lakeview on our vacation to Bradenton/Anna Maria Island. The previous house we stayed in was sold and no longer available. We came across this property and it met our needs in terms of space. The owners were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Upon final payment we received very thorough instructions for "check-in" along with detailed descriptions. The surrounding area is very nice. The Starfish is a nice setting for dinner, gelato, an early morning run and latte, and then more gelato! We were about 5 minutes from Bradenton Beach which was also very nice. The home itself is immaculate. Each of the beds are extremely comfortable, the layout is fantastic, the appliances are all well maintained. It is obvious the owners take pride in their vacation home. The owners insisted if there was anything we needed not to hesitate to call providing us of his cell phone number. The pool is very relaxing and the lanai is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and drinks! After long mornings at the beach, naps for the kids and happy hour for the adults led to relaxing evenings with great weather! We felt as if we were in a private resort! We anticipate being back

    My husband I have stayed in this lovely home for the last 4 years. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. We love the location. Close to the beach, shopping, entertainment,fine and fun dining. On the rare occasion when we've needed assistance it was only a quick phone call away. My husband has found a great group of fellows to golf with and lots of courses to play on. Wonderful experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

    Well been home for a week and hating it already. Minus 3 today and suppose to go to -15 by end of week, so definitely dreaming about being back at your fabulous home right now. We can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed every aspect of our vacation and your house. Lorne and myself both love to cook so it was so nice having the kitchen stocked with every possible, bowl, plate, pots, utensils and most spices that we would need. We BBQ'd every day except once when we went down to the Marina. It was also great that everyone got their own King bed and bathroom and since the one couple couldn't make it, we made good use out of the queen room as well when Lorne was snoring too loud I would either kick him over there or move over myself. We golfed about 5 days and although the courses were quite wet as there had been quite a bit of rain we still had a great time and the prices were exceptional. We normally go to Palm Springs or Phoenix and they are both quite a bit more expensive. We would like you to thank Joe as well for coming over and showing us how to use everything and it was nice that he was only a phone call away although everything ran smoothly so didn't have to bother him. Anyway if we make it back that way your house will definitely be where we are going to stay even if we have to work our schedule around the availability. Anyway have a wonderful day and I am sure we will talk to you again sometime for a future rental.

    Nach 10-tägigem Aufenthalt können wir die Villa  und die Umgebung nur empfehlen: ein Haus mit sämtlicher Ausstattung, die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen kann. Super schön dekoriert, sauber und gepflegt. Reichlich Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Trockner. Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was die Hausfrau sich wünscht. Geschirrspülmaschine, Mixer, etc. Außerdem super schön offen mit Blick auf den Pool. Besonders gefallen hat uns hier der Icemaker im Kühlschrank... :-) Der Pool ist ausreichend groß mit einer tollen Lage direkt am See. Draußen sind außerdem massig Liegestühle und Sessel, ein großer Glastisch (perfekt zum Frühstücken) und ein Gasgrill. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit - alles ruhig. 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist der nächste Supermarkt, in dem man super einkaufen gehen kann. Am Strand von AnnaMaria Island ist man in spät. 8-10 Minuten. bessser geht nicht! Natürlich ist im Ort auch Post etc. vorhanden. Alles in allem: empfehlenswert! Auch der Verwalter kümmert sich, wenn man eine Frage hat. Ansonsten ist man dort schön alleine und kann einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen mit Ausschlafen und faul am Pool liegen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war durchweg sehr nett und herzlich. Gerne wieder... Also: Hinfahren und selbst Anschauen!!!!

    The House was great. We were 6 people in all. With every thing you could want. We had a wonderful time in your lovely house, enjoyed the space, the Pool and the award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Only minutes away. We have visited this area of Florida several times but never Bradenton, we found this close to all amenities and not to far from Anna Maria Island, we love and we did make several visits too them. Also visited Busch Gardens, Myakka River State Park and the Robinson Preserve. We did a lot of outlet shopping. Great bargains. Thanks very much for the rental and lots of great memories.

    Wir haben im Oktober 2012 traumhafte Tage in der Villa Lakeview verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einem alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist einfach nur fantastisch und die Küche war fast besser ausgestattet als bei uns zu Hause. Das Haus befindet sich an einem ruhigen See und man erreicht mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit Anna Maria Island, mit ihre wunderbaren weißen Sandstrände, Restaurants und Einkaufsgelegenheiten. Erwähnenswert war auch die liebe Betreuung durch Jochen und Petra, die uns geniale Restauranttipps (!) und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gezeigt haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank

    Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Lakeview. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und äußerst gepflegte Haus ließ keinen unserer Wünsche offen. Alles war vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir bekamen von den Besitzern sehr gute Tipps bezüglich Ausflugszielen und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Baden konnten wir im angenehm temperierten Pool am Haus. Vom Haus aus hatten wir einen romantischen Blick auf den schönen See, an dem das Haus steht. Nur 10 Autominuten entfernt gab es schöne freie Sandstrände in Anna Maria Island. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gab es viele: Bootfahren, Tiere beobachten ums Haus und in den gut erreichbaren Nationalparks. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Gerhard und Siglinde

    Das Ferienhaus „Lakeview“ ist eine wunderschöne, von den Besitzern eigenhändig liebevoll und individuell eingerichtete Villa mit großzügigen, gemütlichen Räumen. Von der luxuriösen Ausstattung und von der Sauberkeit von Haus und Garten waren wir begeistert. Der Blick auf Pool, Terrasse und See ist traumhaft – ein Paradies! In diesem Haus fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl. Aber auch die Umgebung lässt keine Wünsche offen. So gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Für unsere Ausflüge in die Parks und nach Orlando war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Auch der schnell erreichbare Strand war wundervoll. Die Besitzer sind deutsch und beantworteten unsere Fragen prompt und zuvorkommend. So gaben sie uns auch gute Ausflugstipps, auf die wir selbst nicht gekommen wären. Kurzum: wir kommen wieder!

    We had an amazing time down in Anna Maria vacationing. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool. It was very inviting. Sorry it took so long to respond, its hard readjusting back to the real world. All in all: AMAZING!! We will definitely recommend your Villa to our friends and family!! You and Petra are great at correspondence and timely responses!! We really appreciated that. Thanks again for allowing us to use your villa. Oh, and last but not least.     We had a wonderful time in your lovely house, enjoyed the space for my three growing children (2,7 & 9). They enjoyed the fish watching out back & encountered a couple of big ones ! Also some turtles swam up and they were able to feed them, perfect ! We have visited this area of Florida several times but never Bradenton, we found this close to all amenities and not to far from ANNA MARIA ISLAND we love and we did make several visits too them. We made the most of the lovely pool. Also visited Tampa Aquarium and Busch Gardens twice, both excellent value. We will miss the Florida sunshine. Thanks very much for the rental and lots of great memories.

    Super Ausstattung in jedem Zimmer. Die Lage direkt am See mit Blick über den tollen Pool . Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch gibt es in der Nähe. Und eine Shoppingtour im Outlet in Ellenton kann schon mal ausarten, so reichlich ist das Angebot. Die Mitarbeiter von Florida Dreams sprechen Deutsch, und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betreuung ist vorbildlich und effizient. Die Villa ist dank der tollen Betreuung top in Schuss. Wöchentlicher Pool- und Gartenservice ist gut und sorgt für Topqualität im Außenbereich. Die Lage ist sehr günstig und zentral. Selbst die Vergnügungsparks in Orlando sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Flughafen in Sarasota ist gerade mal 20 Minuten entfernt und für Hobbypiloten ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Zum Strand von Anna Maria Island sind es wenige Minuten.

    Let me start by saying Joe and Petra are absolutely amazing people to deal with. The was never a question unanswered or a detail in the house that was overlooked. This house contained every gadget you could want and things I couldn't figure out. My husband, myself and two sons 18, 21 stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years. Beach chairs were also used extensively!!! What a nice touch. The weather was simply perfect. The location to the Beaches was wonderful. We went to Sarasota there numerous times and took in the atmosphere at the ball drop New Years eve. The proximity to the grocery and pharmacy stores were very handy as well. This upscale neighborhood has such a safe and peaceful atmosphere . The beds were very comfortable and the bedding luxurious. We used the BBQ twice for a change. We vacation often and I would put this vacation at the top of our list. Many fun memories were created and will be cherished forever. I would recommend this home to anyone with a desire for the perfect vacation home with an outstanding location.

    Simply a beautiful place. It's been a cold, nasty winter up here in Jersey. The 10 days my wife and I spent at this beautiful, well-kept home was very invigorating. Relaxed by the pool, went to fewsbaseball games. ANNA MARIA ISLAND, and all surrounding areas were nice. We came down to rest and forget about winter and sure did in the peaceful settings around the home. Special thank you , to Joe with his help about the area. There will be a return to this Garden of Eden. Thanks again
