This fabulous ground floor unit features a spacious living room, a bright, sunny full kitchen with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances, a kitchen bar with seating, a charming dining area, and a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee and a barbecue for grilling .
There are 2 bedrooms, both with their own flat screen TV, one with a brand new king bed and one with a brand new queen bed. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with luxurious tile and all new fixtures.
New hardwood floors have been installed throughout and the living room includes a brand new down sofa bed and ceiling fan for your comfort.
Included for your enjoyment is are 3 flat screen televisions, a DVD player, a Wii game console, cable TV and secure wireless Internet access. This unit also comes with a garage and a coin-op washer and dryer in the laundry room located in the garage. We’re pleased to provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, an ice chest, a wagon and boogie boards.
This property is located in Newport's Corona Del Mar beach district, just a quick walk to the Corona Del Mar State Beach. The village has the California beach town feel and is just a block away. Crystal Cove one of California's most pristine beaches is 5 minutes South, just before the famous Laguna Beach, well known for it's art galleries, stylish boutiques and restaurants. Based on the pictures of this rental, and my interactions with the rental managers, I was expecting to have a great stay in this vacation rental, and expecting it to be absolutely lovely, but I was still surprised by how perfect it actually was. The decor of the condo was so charming. I loved the plants, the white ceramic fish, the whale on the wall. I am a person who loves details, so none of these were lost on me. All of the furniture was lovely, everything was perfectly clean. There was nothing to interrupt the completely relaxing atmosphere, or take me out of vacation mode for even one moment. I was also pleased to find that not only were the kitchen cabinets full of glasses, dishes, and plates, but one cabinet also contained salt, pepper, and olive oil. It was great to know that if my husband and I had stayed longer, we would have had some cooking essentials at our fingertips. The rental is also in a perfect location. It was within walking distance of the restaurant where we had dinner, and the cafe where we got coffee in the morning, and is also a short walk to the beach. By car it was only a few minutes to the Balboa Penninsula, Balboa Island, and Fashion Island, so you can really visit a lot of places very conveniently when staying here. Overall, it was amazing. One of the best vacation stays I've had, and I wish we could have stayed longer.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We came 4th of July week - and it was really a blast. I heard about this brand new place, and it was way better than I thought it would be. The patio was perfect for barbeques and just hanging out with a cup of coffee. But inside was the best. It made me Not want to leave - even though the beach was only 1 block away - and it had everything you could think of - nothing was missing. Having a garage was a plus too. My wife loved the shopping - are you kidding, Fashion Island only 5 min. away - we had Way too many restaurants to choose from. Guess we have to come back to try the rest- no, for Sure we will. I think our favorite was watching the sunset on multiple nights - out on the grass overlooking the beach, jetty, and the Wedge - view was stunning - only a short block away. Oh, and how could you not go to El Ranchito - walking distance, Great food - too many leftovers though. This place is the best kept secret in town. We're booking again for sure.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

This condo Far surpassed our expectation! Everything was perfect - luxury bedding, towels, tv in every room,furniture, bikes, beach chairs - they thought of everything. and a short 1 min. walk to the beach! Way better than a hotel - everything new - bathroom, kitchen, patio - we totally felt pampered and relaxed. And then to have all those restaurants and shopping at walking distance - we barely drove our car! Favorite Restaurant? Panini Grill - the shish-kabob dinner for 10$ was Out of this world! Petes and Starbucks - yum - and for dessert - the Golden Spoon Yogurt. We can't wait to come again - and just found out that there is an Exact unit like it upstairs! - we're coming back and bringing friends to stay upstairs.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
