Located just 20 miles from Chicago, the house is close drive to the city or a quick train ride away. The house is great to house tons of people for an event, without worrying about parking and the other hassles around the city.
The great room has very high ceilings and is equipped with a full wet bar. There is also a plasma mounted above the fireplace. The dining room has a very large dining table and has enough seating for 10. Great for entertaining!
The theatre has 6 reclining seats and watching any game or movie is an amazing experience. It is quite the place to relax after exploring the city!
The kitchen is absolutely amazing and has 2 Subzero refrigerators and a Subzero wine cooler. In addition there is a stand alone ice maker that is great for parties as well.
This is truly an amazing house and perfect for having lots of people gather together. It really brings people together.
This space is great for birthday parties, wedding receptions, engagement parties.

The house was just as described, very comfortable, everything worked well, we were a group of 14 adults and never felt crowded. It is located in a very nice area, pity it was cold and could not use the garden, pool and patio! Although we only contacted the owner once, he was very helpful and easy to reach. My 5 children, their mates and I stayed at this gorgeous house for my son’s wedding. There was so much space both inside and out. We loved the garage roof deck which was great for outside gatherings. This Rental House is as advertised- luxurious and spacious. I rented the place for an annual grad school reunion trip and everyone was quite pleased. Everything is new, clean, and in great working condition. We had 13 people, but I can definitely see how the house could easily accomodate a much larger group. Alvin, the owner, really cares about making your rental experience a positive one and has done a great job of thinking of every possible need - the house is really set up for your comfort.Did you find this review helpful? The house has a very open layout and tons of light. The rooms sizes are very large much more than you would typically find in the city. The master bedroom is enormous, almost the size of my entire condo downtown. I would highly recommend this house for when you have guests over.Did you find this review helpful? We cannot say enough good things about this house. It is large and had more room than we needed. It was absolutely beautiful and it was wonderful to experience such an awesome house. The drive to Chicago was not bad and we usually made it within 25-30 minutes. We were happy that the parking wasn’t an issue here. While we only had 4 cars, the lot could probably hold about 20+ cars. I would definitely recommend this for any large groups that want an awesome house.Did you find this review helpful? My favorite travel destinations has to be Thailand, not only because it is the land of smiles, but because it has awesome beaches, islands and everything is just relaxed there...besides the traffic. I love to experience a cultures food. I am a true believer in that you can learn tons about a place by the food they eat. I love Thai, Indian, Moroccan, Vietnamese and Italian food.
