This darling remodeled single-level condominium is the perfect Sun Valley retreat! This unit is situated on the first level of the Custer Building, as you enter you will find the bedroom with a King bed and a small TV with DVD, plenty of closet space. The kitchen was remodeled complete with granite countertops, newer appliances and finishes. The living room includes a gas fireplace, a comfy sofa that is also a Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests and a 32' TV with DVD and cable. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. There is a small nook in the living room with a built in desk should you need a workspace while here. There is a large deck off of the living room for the summer months. Wireless internet is offered in this condo as well. Your full size bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. A stackable washer/dryer is located in hall for your convenience. Rental of this unit includes access to Sun Valley amenities! There are lockers at the base of the mountain for ski and boot storage so you can hop on the free shuttle in front of the complex or you can just take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with wonderful scenery to enjoy as you walk or bike. The path is groomed for Nordic Skiing in the winter and provides access to ski to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap.

What a great place! Located right across the street from the amphitheater and ice rink and a short walk to the lodge. Dollar was just up the street too. This condo looks like it was recently update with nice touches. It was spacious and very comfortable. We travel all over the country for competitions and rent condos. This was up there with one of my favorites. Great location, close to town, bike paths, parks, and sking!!! Cottonwood Condos are conveniently located just a couple of minutes outside the town of Ketchum. The condo was very much as depicted in the photos -- comfortable furnishings, clean, freshly renovated, and with a fully stocked kitchen, if you decide to cook while at SV. The gas fire place was nice to use on cold evenings. After a day of skiing, we also enjoyed having access to two of the biggest hot tubs / pools I have ever been in. The hot tubs are located right next door to the condo at the Sun Valley Lodge. I would stay here again.Owner response: Thanks for the excellent review! This condo was really nice and in a great location, very close to the Sun Valley Lodge. The condo is in the Custer building at the Cottonwood Condos and is conveniently located near the parking area. It was also a first floor unit, which was great for packing our things in and out. The only downfall to being on the first floor is the noise from activity on the second floor. The upstairs neighbors were not at all loud, but you can hear every step they take especially at night when things are quiet and you're trying to fall asleep. The condo was very clean with nice bed and bath linens. The kitchen had everything we needed from glassware, utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee maker and filters and cookware. It also has plenty of seating and nice furniture. There are just a couple of items that could be improved to make this condo perfect. The bedroom only has two table lamps and no overhead lighting which made the room pretty dark when picking out clothes and getting ready. The water heater is located in the bedroom closet and is not insulated for sound. If you take a shower just before bedtime you have to hear the water heater run for a while, so a morning bath or shower would be preferable for this reason.Did you find this review helpful? This ground level condo is adorable and extremely comfortable for up to 4 people. The bedroom with a king bed is privately located from the rest of the condo. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed for kids or teens. The owner has many things in it that make it like home (washer,dryer, coffee maker, soap for dishwasher, hands & body, extra pillows & blankets, private router for wireless internet, DVD player, cable TV outdoor porch chairs & side table, stocked kitchen for cooking in & more). We had a fantastic time with great memories. 1. Tenant will pay in full prior to rental. Check in begins at 4pm and check out is at 11am. 2. Lessor warrants that the premises, all appliances, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems will be in good working order and that the cost of repairs will be borne by the Lessor unless due to negligence by the Tenant. 3. Tenant may peaceably hold and enjoy the premises without interruption during the time of this lease, but the Lessor or his agent may enter the premises at reasonable and mutually agreed upon times, for reasonable and necessary purposes, including necessary repairs. Tenant understands and agrees that it shall be his/her own obligation to insure his/her property. 4. The Tenant shall not use the premises in any unlawful way, agrees to keep the premises in as good repair as found, normal wear and tear excepted and to quietly yield the premises at the termination of the tenancy, and to replace and repair anything broken or lost, or to have the cost billed separately. 5. If the premises should be destroyed by fire or become uninhabitable prior to occupancy by the Tenant, all deposits will be returned. If the premises should become destroyed due to fire or flood during the occupancy by the Tenant, the rental fee shall be returned pro rata (no adjustment shall be made for any temporary loss of electricity or gas, bad weather, or any other Act of God. 6. The Lessor shall not be personally liable to Tenant, Tenant’s family or Tenant’s guests, under any terms expressed or implied hereunder for any claim of injury or damage arising out of the occupancy of the premises, the use or maintenance
