You will want to come back every year to this beautiful, new home in the heart of Old Town on Park Avenue. It is only a 7 minute walk to town or you can take the FREE bus shuttle to everything, including Park City Ski Resort, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Main Street, outlet shopping, Olympic Park, Prospect Square, etc. There is a park on the back and a park across the street.
You can come home after a long day to a fireplace and a hot tub with a view. Also enjoy a jetted tub in the master bath and a cable TV in the master bedroom. You can also enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants in Park City. There is a king-size bed in the master, a queen in one bedroom, and two twins in the other. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room and a futon in the living room. Linens are included and a fully-equipped kitchen. The heated, two-car garage easily stores your ski equipment.

Hi, Jim and I bought this home as a second home in Park City and have loved it and its location. It is very close to Main Street and the Park City Ski Resort with all it has to offer. We live in North Salt Lake and have lived here since 2000 just before the Olympics. We have five grown children and have loved living in Utah.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Old Town
When we were looking for a second home in Summit County, every place advertised "Only this many minutes from Park City", so we decided to buy in Park City and have loved it ever since. There is a lot to do both winter and summer and it feels like a true getaway.
