You will want to come back every year to this beautiful, new home in the heart of Old Town on Park Avenue. It is only a 5 minute walk to Main Street or you can take the FREE bus shuttle to everything, including Park City Ski Resort, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Main Street, outlet shopping, Olympic Park, Prospect Square, etc. There is a park in the back and a park across the street.
You can come home after a long day to a fireplace and a hot tub with a view. You can also enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants in Park City. There is a king-size bed in the master, a queen in one bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. There is a brand new sleeper sofa in the family room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included and a fully-equipped kitchen. The heated, two-car garage easily stores your ski equipment.

What a great place! The location is unbeatable. With five small kids in tow and all their gear, we were able to walk to Park City Mountain Resort in about 10 minutes (5 min walk without kids), or just take the free bus, which is right outside, when we didn't feel like walking. Also, just a short walk to Main Street. We didn't ski one day and took the kids to the playground in the park across the street. There's a separate living room off the dining room, which was great for the kids. They watched TV while the adults finished dinner. We loved the beautiful mountain views from the hot tub. The large open park behind the house had a small hill that our kids enjoyed sledding down as well. Everything went smoothly with our stay, we would definitely recommend this place!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
